Norman was very nice and efficient on the phone! He was patient and professional. Buddy was able to come to my house within about 90 minutes (after hours!) and fixed our AC problem within about 25 minutes. I highly recommend this company!

Overpriced and Shady. After charging me 319.27 to change out a 49.00 part,they also warrantied the part to the distributor of the AC unit so i can not get the Part warrantied myself, And voiding my own manufactured part. When i questioned this i was told it would have costed me another 55.00. So basically be happy with what they did. It's a shame there is no moral fiber with this Company. I will never use them again. And i strongly suggest you ask for a break down on the cost and on the so called recite they provide Via Email. By them taking the part to the distributor they get to double dip as they charge my 194.00 for part and they warranty the bad one and sell it to the next victim.

One of our A/C units was not cooling as it should....thank goodness it's January and not in the middle of Summer. Davis Mechanical Contractors was able to come out promptly. I really appreciated the tech named Buddy. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to talk me through my options. The pricing was good and we ended up replacing the entire unit. Thanks for all of your help Davis Mechanical Contractors. You have a customer for life!

I managed to pull a wire on the outside of my unit will removing the weeds that hurt our unit off. I called and received a call back immediately. Even for it being a Sunday. My husband was talked through what to look for. Luckily it was just a blown fuse. Norman saved us!! They will always be our first call for any ac issues

Used Davis Mechanical Contractors several times at my home and recommended them to other folks for repairs. They are great at finding out what is wrong and repairing it. Unlike some companies who come out for one purpose and that is to sell you a new AC or Heater. Extremely happy with Davis because they know what they are doing and don't give you a bunch of phony talk to get more money. They have replaced 4 AC Units for my daughter and several friends and everyone is extremely happy with their honesty, work and prices. Norman repaired my daughter's 10 year old heater 3 years ago and it has worked perfectly ever since. Norman determined in about 2 minutes that the heater's electronic board was bad and it cost $200 to fix it vs $3,000 to replace the heater. Two other companies had come out a few days prior, were unable to determine what was wrong and said it needed replaced. They didn't have a clue what they were doing. Highly recommend.
