When I called I was greeted with the best customer service, even was lucky enough to have them be able to come service me same day, I mean c’mon who else can say they do that. I was met with Shahin who not only walked me through the process but was so thorough that even I understood it (I’m terrible when it comes to technology). He not only fixed the issue but was able to enroll me into a discount program for future service calls! I can not recommend them enough, amazing service and even better response time. I was experiencing a major increase in temperature inside my home (a/c on 74, temperature read 90) on one of the hottest days of the month in August. For some reason, the air would not blow cool. Additionally, it was a Sunday after 5pm (how convenient), and I was praying I would find someone willing to come out to fix my sweltering problem. I happened upon Airsheen Services and gave them a call - someone answered immediately and told me a technician would be able to come out in an hour or two. Good God, I was so relieved! Technician Shahin arrived earlier than I expected, expeditiously diagnosed the issue, and performed some wellness checks to make sure everything was working properly inside my house and outside after the replacement of my capacitor. I am so grateful for his professionalism, thoroughness, knowledge, as well as being straightforward, personable, and very quick in solving my problem!
