I can't say enough positives about working with Leonard and his team at Elite. Calvin and Preston were professional, pleasant and very respectful during the installation of my entire new AC System. I would definitely recommend Elite to anyone needing HVAC repair or replacement!!

Caelan is my service person from Elite and he’s really great. Professional, informative, always answers any questions I have. He has never left a mess behind when changing dirty filters. The entire team has always been responsive. That’s why I use them for my annual preventative maintenance and I always refer them to anyone asking for HVAC companies. My home is only a few years old and they also did the original installation. Very happy with them.

Elite is our go to for all things HVAC. They installed all new ducts and vents when we remodeled out house, and we use them for preventative maintenance and repairs also. We recently needed a fan repair and they checked the warranty, got it done, and did a great job. Our account tech is awesome, knowledgeable, efficient and overall a great guy to work with.

I am so grateful for this family! We moved to Kyle a year ago, we have never had an AC unit before. I knew I was going to need someone who knows what they are doing. I am on a bi annual plan with them and they come and inspect our system to make sure it's in top shape.
Today, (Sunday)my AC started to make an horrible sound and shook the house. I contacted them and he stated he could be over to check it within 30 mins. Now, when he got here, it stopped making the noise... but he still checked the whole system and gave me the all clear. I dont worry about the minor bill... making sure my AC is working during heat is worth it!

Our customer had a unit that was not working and had a dead thermostat display. I called the main number and explained the situation. Shortly after, I received a call from Caelan. I added the homeowner to the call and he tried to troubleshoot the problem over the phone to no avail. It was late in the day, but he agreed to go to the residence to check out the problem. He discovered a dead outlet to which the condenser pump was connected. He connected the pump to another power source and got the unit functioning again. I really appreciate his help and his willingness to make a repair visit so late in the day.

This is the second time we have used Elite air conditioning and plumbing. They are always responsive, courteous, and professional. Caelan was the technician that came back to our home on both occasions. He is very knowledgeable, quickly diagnosed the issue. The part needed to prepare our air conditioner, was on the truck and he had us up and running within one hour of arrival. I would recommend elite air conditioning and plumbing to anyone!

Heating unit was thoroughly checked out and a few recommended changes were explained to me and then made. Technician was courteous and seemed very knowledgeable of our system.

Later visit by technician found that bucket at ceiling register had not properly been sealed upon installation (done by a different company) resulting in moisture on the register collecting. Technician removed the cover, properly sealed the bus jet, and then replaced the cover. He showed up when he said he would, completed the work efficiently, was very professional, and charge a reasonable price for services performed.

We've had a number of small issues and questions about our existing HVAC system that have added up after living in our house for about 2 years, so we called Elite to have someone help us address them. They were quick to respond and get us scheduled for a consult. Caelan their service tech was extremely nice, patient and thoughtful - listening to all of our concerns and helping us address them. Our main issue was a major difference in heating/cooling between our upstairs and downstairs. He was able to identify and balance our system in no time. He helped point out and quickly fix a number of other small potential issues with how our system was installed and gave us a lot of useful information about our system and how it works.

Caelan was very professional and identified our issue quickly. He called and texted frequently with us to keep us informed of the issues and progress of the work that required replacing a 2-year old evaporator coil. The Trane warranty would only cover parts and not the $1,300+ labor cost which was a bit of a surprise for a 2 year old system. But we are very happy with the work performed by Caelan and would request him again.
