Fox Service Company

After receiving a quote and scheduling. I was told that a additional fee was added to my appointment. Had to tell electrician to wave this extra fee. Which he did on arrival. Largest issue I had is that this company sent a different electrician out to do the job even though I requested same person that gave me quote. Company arrived at the end of time block and had to leave and PICKUP supplies to do the job. Causing me to have to waste a complete day waiting around for the job to be completed. How it was installed was nice and clean. Giving this review number because I was told it would be done in the early morning. Was not completed until about 330 pm. Scheduled 8-11a. Felt that the electrician was very educated in his profession.

Rick showed up on time, as promised, even early. On a Sunday. He replaced the capacitor on our Carrier and was a perfect professional. We got a warranty on the new parts/labor and a free recharge to pressurize the coolant level. He even hosed down the condenser's louvered sides to make sure he left everything perfectly clean.

These folks at Fox are terrific. I highly recommend.

Jeremy Treder thoroughly inspected my decades-old ice-making water lines that had never been used. I have always had excellent service from Jeremy and always request him as our plumber. He is experienced, diligent, professional, friendly, and honest.

Olin was very professional, explained the cause of the electrical issue and checked out the fixture and breaker box. He carefully explained additional services available for my consideration. You should definitely buy him lunch. The one negative was that your back office team rescheduled this appointment twice, the first time about 30 minutes after the original appointment was made, so I had to wait a week.

We had a great experience using Precision Heating and Air (Fox Service) installing a mini-split ductless system in our master bedroom. The installation went great, both the installation guys and the electrician were efficient and did an amazing job. I'd like to send a special shout-out to Wendy in the office - she bent over backwards to support us with some paperwork wrinkles. Problem was solved in a single morning - great work! They're all a great team and we'll absolutely be using them again. A+ professional service.

Fantastic service, super professional, great value! System install started at 8:30, ended at 3:00. In house financing took about ten minutes, great terms, very nice warranty options. The installers, Jose and Jose were super professional, fast, and courteous!

I had 2 breakers on my panel randomly stop working. I called over 10 electrical companies to try and get someone out the same day and Fox was the only one who could accommodate because they were willing to send someone after hours and not charge a huge fee for it. My electrician was John P and he was extremely professional and explained everything to me in great detail. Best part is he had my issue resolved within a couple hours and I was back to having power in 2 critical parts of my home again. Would definitely recommend using Fox

Angel and his team were excellent. Angel was clearly a skillful and knowledgeable expert every step of the way, and dealt with the twists and turns of changing the HVAC in an old building with determination and professionalism. Hat tip to Jason for coordinating throughout! This company is committed to making sure you feel good about the process and the work.

I have a specialized AC system. I called Fox based on a referral. I specifically asked if they work on my system. I was put on hold while the person I talked to checked. She came back online & told me they did. Great! Spent 30 minutes doing a new account set up. My service call was scheduled. I then get a call about an hour later from someone else who tells me they don't work on my type system. It sure would have been nice to know when I initially asked, so I wouldn't have wasted all that time.

Matt Glass and his partner George from Fox service company did an amazing job installing our new 5 ton hvac system. They worked quickly and answered all the questions I had. They were polite, professional and clean up any mess made. Couldn't be happier! Thanks guys!
