I was very impressed with this team from the time I met the salesperson who was in-depth setting expectations for new HVAC system to be installed into my house. We had some of the coldest days of the winter and my HVAC system was broken. The team was very responsive and had a new heater installed the next day. The technicians that came to my house to install the system were orderly and professional. These guys are top notch and I highly recommend them.

I called Service Wizard for an emergency repair because my AC went out. They were able to get someone to my house that morning and communicated when someone was on their way. They let us know what the issue was and were able to fix the problem when they were there.

I have used Service Wizard for the seasonal maintenance for my HVAC system in the past and they were great. When it came time to replace my system, I called several companies, all have great reviews on Google and Yelp, for a quote. One company quoted me a price for the 2nd best Trane model that was 33% higher than another company that quoted me for the top Trane model. Yikes! They tried to tell me the difference in price was due to their superior service and warranty.
Service Wizard is owned by a family who has been providing service in Austin for decades. They have great reviews online and, I have received great feedback from friends and family who have used the Osgoods’ for decades. They do not advertise as much as some other companies which may be why the number of reviewers is not as high. But, if that keeps them providing great quality products and service, at a great price, that is personalized to my needs, I’m thankful for it.
Service Wizard listened to my needs in a new HVAC system and provided a proposal that was unique: an energy efficient and eco friendly design with limited dependency on propane. I couldn’t be happier with my new system and will continue to use their services in the future.

They are spending money spamming people through the mail, however their "contact us" on the website is broken and throws a critical Wordpress error when trying to contact them to remove me from their mailing list...

I asked the company for a second opinion on an issue with the furnace that won't go off. The previous company said that the system is too old, and needs to be replaced. Shane immediately found the issue with a temperature setting, so he saved me thousands of dollars. I highly recommend Service Wizard simply because they are extremely professional and honest, cannot ask for better. For sure, i will use them without second thoughts, if I'll have HVAC problems in the future!

When I saw that Service Wizard is owned by the Osgood brothers, I expected the service to be great and wasn't disappointed. I called for a fall checkup and they had me scheduled for the same week. David, the technician, called and said he could come early. He came, did the checkup, and was out in less than an hour. I had a bunch of questions about using the HVAC systems with a standby generator and David was happy to answer all my questions. Service Wizard will be our go-to HVAC company from now on.

We have had good experiences with Wizard on several occasions. Once, an HV/AC replacement came in, as I recall, about $1,000 below the estimate, because a difficult task in the process, as estimated, turned out to be unnecessary. We would never have known that last fact. This most recent service amounted to a quick determination that a mildly noticeable AC noise is not indicative of a problem that needs attention.

Here's another hearty five-star review for Service Wizard. I needed an inspection of an AC system. I got an excellent one from David. He not only inspected everything thoroughly, but also discussed each aspect in detail with me so that I understood. Everything, from the first call to David's departure, was easy and worked perfectly. I can't ask for anything more.

Service Wizard just finished removing my old system and installing a new system including relocating it from hall closet to the attic. It's too early to comment on the new system, however Service Wizard's crew was outstanding. They worked hard finished a bit ahead of schedule and did an excellent job cleaning up after they completed the work . Based on that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Service Wizard.

I went with Service Wizard over my home warranty company because I trust. them completely since they do my maintenance contract..SW has tried to keep my ac running right for a while..it finally got to the point for replacement...no trust in home warranty vendors...I am SO GLAD I made that decision..SW told me could replace garage unit on Thurs..came Wed instead..yay! Got it all done in about 3 hours..thank you Mark for all your hard work in my hot garage...could not be happier ...I wholeheartedly recommend Service Wizard...
