This company is the absolute WORST!!! First of all the lady who answers the phone is very rude. My air conditioners went out. The first tech that came stated it was a high voltage capacitor that blew they charged me $370 and told me it would talk a few hours for the house to cool back down after 24hrs the house still remained 80 degree. I have a 3 year old special needs child with severe medial conditions. The house is too hot. I contacted them back letting them know the house is still hot. They sent a different tech who ran a diagnostic and said my air conditioner just needed freon. They charged me another $300 for that. I paid $670. My house is still hot!!!. I contacted them serveral different times asking to speak to owner or supervisor. No one as called me back. I have asked for itemized receipts showing what was done. The lady Vanessa who answered the phone, was EXTREMELY rude. I don't recommend this company at all. They claim they will make it right with out a fight but that is a LIE!!!!! My house is still hot after I paid them $670.

Had some normal maintenance done on my AC unit. The technicians name was Stuart, all I have to say is great customer service . I had some question about my unit and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be using TemperaturePro Austin in the future.

My air conditioner drain line kept getting clogged and overflowing onto the ceiling. I called Temperature Pros and they came out the next day as scheduled.

Dave diagnosed the issue and reconfigured the drain line with more slope and installed a shut off sensor to prevent damage to the system in the future. Very reasonable price and professional service. Highly recommended!

I contacted Temperature Pro for preventative HVAC maintenance. Scheduling was easy, and the technician showed up right on time. He performed a thorough inspection and he communicated clearly the details of the process. He found and switched out a failing capacitor, which probably saved me a lot of headache down the road. Happy to recommend.

Have been using TP for ~3yrs for AC maintenance. The technicians are very professional, work efficiently when onsite, and do a great job of explaining their work. David has been terrific. Their back office needs improvement as scheduling work is challenging. We've had a work order in for over a year now to fix a temp imbalance upstairs. Many attempts to schedule the repair, even by the technicians calling in themselves, and it continues to get lost.

my sales guy was knowledgable and very pleasant to talk to. he worked with me to talk thru all my options and the unique situation in my house. temperature pro's bid was about half the price of some competitors (e.g. radient, salt). the install crew was polite and professional. the new hybrid heat-pump system performed as expected. i would definitely recommend them and i fully intend to hire them again next year to replace my other system.

David came out and not only fixed my AC problems within a matter of minutes but put in a brand new thermostat faster than I could even finish my first question! He was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. He happily answered all of my questions, and even taught me about good AC health and changing my filter. 100% recommend you ask for David V!
