TemperaturePro was fabulous to work with when my AC was being sluggish and also for the check-up a few weeks later. They were able to squeeze me in and everyone I spoke with was professional, incredibly helpful and sweet. The servicer, David, was very professional and knowledgeable. He kindly took the time to explain the system situation and my service/cost options. I felt like he was taking my best interest into consideration and wasn't trying to upcharge me like most companies attempt - a rare fine! My AC is working great and I look forward to them doing a checkup on my furnace in the fall. 10/10 recommend.

We called for AC maintenance since it was not cooling down efficiently and the service person found the issue that there was txv valve that was bad.
However the part covered under warranty and cost us only labor part.
4 star due to part came after 1 week.

Great experience dealing with Tony recently while having my entire HVAC system removed and replaced. I would definitely recommend Temperature Pro and I will use them again for future needs.

Tim came out late to my house across town due to my AC going out the night before. He diagnosed and fixed the problem at no charge and stayed almost until 7 at night to get it done. Tim, his office staff, and technicians have been absolutely great every time I've worked with them. They've also had the best price on every bit of work we've had done and leach time they completely fixed the issue without any residual issues so far.

In an area where I've had a lot of bad experiences with contractors and technicians, Tim and his crew are a very welcome change of pace

Reid was out today to diagnose our 1.5-ton upstairs A/C system that has failed to cool. He is very personable, professional, and efficient. Reid quickly evaluated the system and provided guidance as to whether a repair or replacement was most appropriate for this 18-year-old system. I
appreciate his honesty and his clear explanation of the issues. We will have further discussions with TemperaturePro regarding how to proceed with replacement. The excellent online reviews of this company are consistent with my experience today.
