My AC was barely working on July 4 (only fails on holidays). I called Young Bucks that morning, hoping I could leave a message. Instead, Oscar answered the phone. He said they couldn't come out that day, but they would be there the next morning, July 5th. Adrian came by around 9 AM. He did a quick inspection, figured out what was wrong (clogged drain line, my bad) and fixed it. He also noticed I had a capacitor that was under-performing, and replaced that also. I can't say enough about the responsiveness and quality of work. I thought the price was very reasonable. I hope you will consider this business when your AC goes out on a very hot holiday.
I called Young Bucks around 3pm for a service call as my AC wasn't cooling. I received a call back in about 3 minutes and service early the next day. The gentlemen, Omar and Adrian, were very respectful and explained each step/problem as they went along. Very pleased with the professionalism, pricing, etc. Definitely recommend this company!

During the current and recent winter freeze, my heater stopped working - I called Oscar before 8am about the issue, they arrived in 15-20 minutes because I was on their route, and they fixed the issue immediately and told me the next steps in case it happens again during cold weather. I am lucky to have stumbled upon their company in my early morning search of warmth and safety - professional, kind, and efficient! 10/10 would call and hire them again for any other issues that arise concerning HVAC issues.

Oscar and his co-worker were on-time, very friendly and professional, and clearly explained the problem (a small issue fixed on the spot). I can’t even believe these guys are real. They were phenomenal. Answered the phone. On time. Came when they said at the exact time they said. Didn’t charge for repairs that weren’t warranted and their price was more than reasonable. Great communicators. Professional. Courteous. Can’t said enough good things. This is your go to for hvac. I won’t work with anyone else - now they’ve spoiled me.
Great communication and customer service. They answer their phone (what a concept!) it is refreshing to reach a service provider when you need one. They came a little earlier than their scheduled appointment and went right to work to diagnose my broken A/C. They evaluated both units and explained what was wrong in layman’s terms then went right to repairing it. Our A/C works great now. Professional & knowledgeable small locally owned business! I will definitely use again.

They came out on the same day, diagnosed the problem, and got our mini split AC system running again.
