Earl here. I dont trust any kinda professional folks dealin in my house when im not about. But i can assure you this, the one person who catered to every request or question i had was that young man Will Rhoudes. He made sure through his work ill be a returning customer.

Tristen & Logan were great workers. Very professional, efficient, and did an awesome job. They explained everything to me, answered all my questions and cleaned up. I would definitely use this company again & request them specifically

Ainsworth is great priced and great staffed. They sent Dustin over for half the cost almost and his work was impeccable. I'm a repeat customer solely cuz him! The prices just make it a dream !

Two technicians arrived in the scheduled time frame. Logan & Tristen were friendly, respectful and professional. They even performed an air flow balance at my request, and that wasn't part of the original repair request. Great job, gentlemen! Thank you Ainsworth!

June 2021- First time using Ainsworth for yearly AC check up. The lady answering the service call was very nice when scheduling service.Technician that came out was Freddy. Very nice guy! Professional and courteous. Spent about an hour looking over our AC. Explained every step of what he was doing and what he needed. Highly recommend and I will definitely use them again in the future!

When they cMe for my summer service the technician seemed competent enough changed weak compositor said when they came back for my winter service that they would do a more thorough job of cleaning my AC. As he was by himself when they came for my winter service that I had to remind them about. he checked the heater and forgot to reset the fan so last night on the coldest nit this year 14 degrees my wife and pets had no heat when I got home this morning it was 37 degrees in my home I must say I'm not impressed

For someone who doesnt speak much, when he does, its such a delight. Dustin explained everything he did step by step and very basically for me because Idk much about AC work. Ainsworth, you have a true blue hard working guy! Ill def be back.

Got Tristen Bradford as my tech and he was absolutely awesome kind courteous etc. Just a cool dude he knew what he was doing was very friendly and respectful but the important thing was he knew did his job perfectly without complaint and quickly if we need them again we are keeping him on request thanks a bunch again

I told that boy dustin I'd leave a review if service surpassed my expectation. well here i am. he did a fine job, a fine job you see. No issues after and very clean. Ill be coming back for sure. thanks dusty

Dustin provided the high-quality service I've come to expect from Ainsworth. He was considerate, courteous, and well-informed about the issues I was having with my unit. He described the issue and offered options for how I may have it fixed. He immediately identified the issue and offered me possible solutions without pausing. I'll call Dustin again if I ever need assistance. I absolutely support him and Ainsworth & Co.
