If I could give them 5 more stars I would, I received superior customer service from Nathan and the management team in Beaumont,TX. I haven't seen really good customer service like this in any other competitors store, keep up the good work gang you've gained a repeat customer 👏

Purchase my generator for my father who is elderly and was in need of help. I'm not familiar with generator but the Store Manager and her team really went above and beyond to make sure I had the right unit. You don't find that kind of service anymore this will not be my last purchase. Love the entire staff.

Although the well pump we bought didn't work the employees was extremely helpful and nice. They were very polite and wanted to help any way they could. I'll shop this store again and highly recommend it to anyone else.

I called ahead to have an item held for me, asked VERY explicitly about the item and it's condition and that IT WAS ON THE SHELF. Salesman talked down to me and was rude the whole time on the phone--and would not hold it even for an hour. HE NEVER LOOKED FOR THE ITEM, and the store did not actually have it. I am embarrassed to have done business here.

Rachel the store manager is so awesome! She made me feel so much better when she help me pick out just the right tool kit for my husband birthday . Really sweet lady .

The customer service was amazing! Every one was eager to offer assistance with helping me locate the items I needed. This was a small welcoming environment and I will be using this store in the future.

I left the store with nothing purchased to do more research on something I wanted and it hit me that I couldn’t get that kind of service any where. The assistant manager and female clerk at this store was very knowledgeable and helpful when we visited this store today. Good customer service is hard to come by nowadays, but these folks know what great customer service is and you can tell the minute you walk in the door.
