Great customer service! I had been having problems with an 18 month old mini split system for 6 months with installing company coming out 8 times to repair same problem. Thought I’d give Mike Graham Company a try before I gave up on unit. Tony came out promptly on a Friday afternoon and within 30 minutes had gotten unit Back heating and diagnosed problem with unit. He proposed an action plan to permanently fix problem and correct the damage the installing company had done to unit. He explained everything in language I could understand and was very considerate of my property and comfort. The service charge for visit was also half of what installing company charged me. I’m glad I called them and will only use them in the future. Need more companies like them in town!

I had a great experience and would recommend these guys. They charged a fair price for all of their work and offered a military discount which I’m grateful for.

my House flooded a few weeks ago due to an old washing machine. while the contractors were tearing up the floor we discovered I needed some plumbing work. After reading the reviews, I trusted mike Graham’s to come out and get me back in order. Chuck came out and was quick and efficient. He’s a very friendly gentleman and spoke to me in terms I could understand. Most importantly, I am no longer having any leaking. I feel very relieved to know it’s fixed, and it’s all thanks to chuck and Mike Graham’s.

Had a severely leaky HVAC on a weekend that needed to be fixed quickly. Jesse, the technician, was out soon after we called and immediately diagnosed the problem and soon had it fixed. He was extremely professional and friendly and we enjoyed working with him. Would definitely use them again.

Had technician come out and said refridgerant was full on both units and my reversing valve was bad. Quoted me 1800$ to fix. Got on line and bought valve from manufacturer and it was 92$ called back and ask what they would install for if I had part and they took 400 dollars off. Pretty high mark up on parts so I called and got second opinion from another company and they came out. Refrigerant was low in unit, cost 200$ to fix. Will never use this company again

This was my initial experience with Mike Graham Heating and Air Conditioning. First, Lela was very helpful on the phone when I called to schedule my appointment. She explained my options with the Service Partner Plan as well as how there service will affect my home warranty. Josh D. was the service technician, he conducted himself in a very professional manner, respected my property, conducted a thorough check of my heating system, answered my questions with understandable explanations, informed me on products that would improve the efficiency of my system - without high pressure tactics, and thoroughly explained his findings regarding the condition of my system. Josh also called before arriving at my home. I am Very satisfied with the service received and have peace of mind knowing they are only a call away.

First off - I wan't to say the staff was very friendly and courteous. However - I do not feel they had the experience needed for the prices they charge. I felt like we kept throwing money at different parts in hopes it would fix it.

Since Mike Graham installed the unit 12 years ago I called them up. $450 dollars later - it was still not fixed. Now they were quoting me another $1500 to get it fixed (They were pushing pretty hard for me to get a new unit). So now I am looking at almost $2000 to fix a $500 dollar part that was incorrectly diagnosed.

I called up another AC company and had them install the new part at a fraction of the cost. The new company showed me exactly how to diagnose it and why that was the root cause. Even before they installed the new part they just hooked up the wires to ensure it was the root cause (didn't want to charge me if it was something different).

I wish Mike Graham would have taken this approach - instead we kept throwing money at it hoping it would get fixed.

Mike Graham Heating and Air Conditioning and Plumbing is great! They did our new AC unit a few years back so when I got a notice in the mail that they now do plumbing I called right away. Steven gave us excellent service! He came to our house and gave us an estimate on our pesky plumbing problems, new sink and faucet install and answered all our questions. We appreciated his expertise and courteous service! He even wore shoe covers! Thanks!
