Once equipment and pricing were finalized, installation was set for the next day. Carlos and his team arrived as scheduled and completed the installation in a timely manner. Absolutely impressed with this company I got a new entire AC unit replaced and installed at my house, if you want a truly honest Company for services this is the place. The AC unit went out yesterday afternoon the service man arrived within 30 minutes of calling and they replace the entire unit by this morning at 9 a.m. sharp. All staff including owner is very attentive, honest, and reasonable prices. I want to thank you TCS we couldn't have asked for better services!

Had an evaporator coil that needed replaced. Called them up and got in touch with Chad who was very helpful. Domino and Shawn came out and gave me a bid and we scheduled the work for the following day. On install day everyone was very friendly. Their team did a great job on installing the coil. The quality of work was impressive compared to who originally installed the first coil years back.

Kenney was professional, knowledgeable and worked closely meeting our high standards. He had a great crew who were respectful and competent. Kenney communicated clearly and was timely in ordering and installing our new A/C unit. We talked to a number of highly rated A/C companies and got honest advice and the best price from TCS!

TCS has to be the best ac/heat company I’ve EVER used ! My heater hasn’t worked properly in months & my air had been freezing up so I called Chad on Thursday afternoon & his guys were out within a couple of hours. Domino explained what was going on & what needed to be done but my system was sooo old & outdated that there was no repairing! They found me the best deal/financing options on a brand new unit & were out early Friday morning! The whole process took less than 24 hours & I could not be more pleased! Thank you TCS!

We came home from out of town to a warm house during Spring Break! We had used TCS in the past, so we called them out again. Domino & Shawn are very friendly and knowledgeable. They knew I blamed the dog for the outage and avoided telling my wife that her precious puppy was indeed the source of the problem! They had the unit re-wired and running very quickly! Outstanding customer service with TCS. They’re truly the best to use. I’ve had Chad Jones replace several units for me throughout the years. Top notch service and his team is very professional. I will continue to use them and refer them to all of my friends and family. He recently installed a Trane unit in my new house and hands down best unit I’ve ever had in my house.
