Oscar gave excellent service. He called ahead of time to alert us and arrived when he said he would. He presented himself as knowledgeable and thoroughly. He even wore shoe covers.
He got us up and running. Very impressed with this company be if the kind of people they have working with them.

I really appreciate Alan coming to my house today to repair my air conditioner. He was really nice and professional. he didn't have a part, so he called his supervisor and asked him to meet halfway with the parts, and then he came back to install it. He was sweaty, and he saved the day without air conditioning. I also think their boss should be happy to have such excellent employees.Thank you again.

Alan responded to a service call at our house. He was on time, courteous, actively listened to the issue and was the consummate professional. The issue was remedied quickly and he answered some unrelated questions I had regarding the system. Alan is a quality employee that represents the company very well.

I really don’t care what their excuse is, they gave me an appointment and they were NO Shows and did NOT even call!!!! I would not even give them 1 star if it was possible!
Below is the temp in my home since Sunday.this is the worst customer service I have ever had. I am a kidney patient that handle these temps. If you can’t handle the amount of work you have don’t make the appointments!!!!! The worst go somewhere that will keep their word!!!

Tin was a great tech who was very informative. He helped solve the issue quickly and taught me some ways to keep my system running good all year around. Would definitely have them come back for future assistance.

Just had Chris and Val from Airtron Dallas come do my semi annual service. They were punctual, professional, clean and very informative. I had questions about a maintenance issue and they took the time to walk me through how to do it, when and explained why I need to do it. They answered every single question I had regarding my units and did so in a manner that made sense. I just can not emphasize how professional they were and how comfortable I felt having them do work in my home. I know that my A/C units are being well maintained and I am not getting any thing but 5 star service and treatment. I would highly recommend Chris and Val as your service technicians if you want an excellent professional experience.
