A month later:
Detailed Review: The last time Rafael came to take a look at the unit, he noticed that the refrigerant was low and he painstakingly looked for a leak and he could not find it. Note: I had another company come look at the issue and they told me that I had to replace the outside unit ($$$). Coming back Rafael added Refrigerant and said to call back if we see the same issue again. A month later it was very hot (105+) and the unit was not cooling and had called again. Rafael came out again and figured out what was causing the problem. Refrigerant was fine but the fresh air intake was set to 30. Getting all the hot air in and the unit was not able to keep up.

Very professional and through. Note: I specifically asked for him when I called again as he was really good. Really appreciate his work.

Alan showed up at my house and was super helpful and friendly. He took the time to answer any questions I had and explained them thoroughly. He took care of my issues quickly and had good quality work. Thanks again Alan.

Edwin came out 1st thing today on a Saturday. He was very professional, didn't ring my bell(just knocked) and did a great job getting right after the issue. He checked and serviced everything even after replacing the capacitor. He explained everything done and shared some tips. I am extremely pleased with the responsiveness and how quickly it was all fixed.

Oscar stopped by on-time for my service request. I have been experiencing little to no air flow in our master bedroom. Oscar was professional in trouble-shooting what was happening in our house. He also saw that our filter needed to be changed while inspecting our system and replaced it with a new 1 from my supplies. That was awesome above and beyond service! Oscar was able to pin point how to move the flow of air into our master bedroom. He was timely, informative, and sought to answer all of my question. Great work Oscar- 5 stars on my customer experience today!

So grateful for Alan who came to our home ready to help us! He was very kind & professional. He took the time to make sure everything was working properly and heard all of our concerns. Our AC is finally working properly thanks to him!

AC expert Allen was very helpful and informative on what deficiencies my AC unit encountered. He repaired my AC unit in a timely manner. He also explained how the system operates and provided maintenance recommendations to help me maintain my system. This tech has been by far the best tech the company has sent out to review my AC unit defect.

I look forward to retaining this company as my preferred technician as long as they promote Allen into a General Manager role and let him lead with the company workforce with the excellent professionalism that was received today. Oscar and Allen came out to my property to diagnose and service my AC as I was having an issue with whole house cooling. Oscar was able to quickly diagnose the problem and get a new part on order. He was also able to band-aid my system and keep my house cool until they were able to get and install the part. Would definitely recommend this one anyone searching for AC help!

Our service tech Alan listened to our concerns about our AC issue. He shared air balance readings and offered different options to better balance air flow to the rooms we use the most.

He showed and explained all work performed at our location and how it will contribute to overall cooling experience. Alan shared warranty/maintenance plans to protect our investment with trying to push a plan on us.
