Yashua promptly answered my service call and quickly diagnosed the problem with my system and did a good job of explaining multiple alternatives to resolve it. I chose the one I was most comfortable with and Joshua made sure that my work was done promptly and in accordance with the time which I had available. Yashua is very knowledgeable, highly experienced, and professional and I could not ask for more courteous and competent service, and all completed on my time schedule, as promised. Our AC stopped working during a string of 100 degree days. Inside the house was sitting near 90 degrees. In all, I interacted with Roger, Yashua and Mike. They all were professional, knowledgeable and responsive. They were able to install the new AC unit the next day, which I thoroughly appreciated. Yashua made sure we understood what the installation process would be like, and Mike did a thorough job ensuring the unit was installed correctly. I would recommend this company!

Their whole team took wonderful care of us. The technician (Yashua) found the issue with our furnace that two other companies had overlooked. He was thorough, detailed, knowledgeable, and understanding. We elected to replace the unit and the team that removed and replaced the furnace was efficient, cleanly, friendly, and detailed. Honestly, I don’t intend to have anyone else service our HVAC or appliances as long as we live in their service area.

I cannot recommend Yashua more highly. BOTH of my HVAC units died and Yashua came straight out, walked me through my options (which were less costly than other bids I received), and even answered questions for me afterwards despite the fact it was quite late. He then came out the next day for my install, staying till he could verify everything was working exactly how it was supposed to, and again walked me through my warranty and maintenance plan. I would recommend Appliance Air Care Experts to any one of my friends.
