First Co

Erika Nahrgang is one of the most vile and disgusting people I have ever encountered. She is a classist, looks down on people under her and feels a sense of entitlement. If you ever have to cross paths with this shell of a person I feel really bad for you. She’s absolutely absurd and a pathetic excuse of a human being. Complete disgrace!

This is just one of my experiences with this company.

I ordered an air handler from them and it arrived looking like a 5th grader made it. The braze joints were awful and sure enough the TXV went bad about 3 months later. Just poor craftsman ship all around.

Don't buy from these bozos...

Rude customer service. The rep clearly didn't want to help me.

Terrible company. First Co air handlers are the lowest quality I have ever seen in my 30 years experience. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company. You will lose customers.

Wirth all the talk about fake this and that, I'm sure this is a fake company because repeated calls and emails have gone unanswered. For a Texas based operation they should be ashamed of their less than poor service. If their CEO had the guts to be identified on their web site, I'd waste a stamp to write him/her to voice my dissatisfaction. Their equipment is sub-standard and prone to failure. Frankly, I don't see how First Co. manages to stay in business. My First Co., air handlers (see photos) are 8-years old and so far have cost me over $1,000 (parts & labor) in repair cost. I would urge anyone reading this post to avoid equipment made by First Co. P.S., I gave them 1-star because at least one must be selected to complete a post.

I am a truck driver who pulls a tanker and made a delivery here, is my only experience at this business. Location is easy to find, no overnight parking here. Pretty busy at delivery time, with workers coming in to work and alot of construction in front of business. Employees who I dealt with and helped me were extremely friendly and helpful. Good experience!!

Work 2days there and it was Horrible and nothing but hispanics work there and don’t know no type of English and then don’t show you anything but throw you out there on the line and point.and you have this supervisor name Dennis Dinger his A racist and don’t take time out to hear you out what you’re trying to say and the work I was doing was like I was getting paid.and plus they told the other to go because he wasn’t any help when I was walking out.. terrible company

I love working to this place ,but they have the worst supervisor’s. They don’t know how to talk to people so disrespectful.

The people in the office ignored me when I first walked in and no one offered to help me. And when someone finally offered to help me it took them almost an hour to get my part to me.
