We needed a new system installed. I spoke with Kimberly and she met with us that same day. She was very helpful in explaining all of our options and answering all of our questions. She set us up to get a new system installed and the next morning they installed our system. They are a very efficient team and very polite. I am very pleased with their service. I definitely recommend Mondragon Mechanical for all of your A/C needs.

Gabriel and Jacob were my technicians from Mondragon Mechanical. They were excellent. They explained everything in detail and wrote down all of his recommendations for me. They were very familiar with my HVAC system. I was very pleased with his performance and will be using Mondragon Mechanical again in the future.

Update: Had a service call for a faulty blower motor, Mondragon again responded quickly and completed a quality work under Trane warranty. Will be happy to work with them again!

Original: After a great experience with a full AC and heater system replacement two years ago, I scheduled an AC tuneup before the weather gets too hot. Jorge was very prompt to respond via email and arrived exactly at 9am as promised. Pricing is very fair and the work is high quality. I won’t be calling anyone else!

I heard Mondragon Mechanical advertisement on Radio Luna and I immediately called them, Kimberly visited me the same day, she is knowledgeable, friendly, made the free estimate with an affordable price, same weekend their services team came to my house, Estuardo very punctual and polite together with the electrician lady in a very professional manner, they proceeded to install the AC unit outside and AC system in the attic. They cleaned up all the debris and left their work flawless. They both were friendly and knowledgeable. Also left indicated the basic maintenance steps for the AC unit and arranged for the annual maintenance of the system in general. Thanks to Kim, Estuardo and the lady from Guatemala (sorry I don't remember her name) my family and I greatly appreciate your help, professionalism and excellent customer service!. It’s hard to express how grateful we are for Mondragon Mechanical! Our Ac system was about 30,000 years old and could not keep up with the Texas summer. Jorge came out and assessed our needs, came up with a system that would meet those needs and would fit our budget. They actually came in below what other companies quoted us! The installation crew came out and within 4 hours had the system installed and running. That was half the time other companies were estimating for the same work! The crew made sure I had all my questions answered and double checked everything before they left. They were tidy, super nice and very professional.
