Rescue Air and Plumbing

Roman from Rescue Air came to rescue our AC issues July 3. He called ahead of time and showed up on time. Roman explained what needed to be repaired in a very professional manner. The problem was handled expertly, efficiently, and timely. We changed from our usual AC company and found that Rescue Air was the right choice. We chose the option to update our furnace and inside air unit along with the Family Service Plan. Thank you Rescue Air.

I called Rescue Air when my unit couldn’t keep up with the July heat. Roman was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained each step he took to diagnose the system and after recharging the coolant he detected a leak in the evaporator coil. The coil replacement was scheduled for the same day.

I had the most amazing experience from an AC company today. My in laws had their 20 year old AC finally kick the bucket. Roman from Rescue Air met me at the house. He went above and beyond from the moment he pulled up at the house. I had my 4 month old with me. He offered to help me carry in my diaper bad, and get stroller out of the car. Identified the issue quickly and had me up and running cold air in less than an hour. And he did NOT look for ways to charge me more money. He saved me money by recommending an electrician to do the repair I needed.

My back yard faucet was leaking from the wall. I called Rescue Air today and they gave me a same day, within two hours, appointment. My technician was Mr. Ellis. He explained everything that could be done as well as pricing. The repair was phenomenal, he replaced the frost proof hydrant w/ mortar. I also went with the HVAC service monthly membership.
