It has been a year since I got my refrigerated air installed. Total Air was excellent. They were more concern on getting the unit install so I wouldn't suffer the heat than me signing the contract. They performed a clean job. The workers were professional and friendly. I do love the work they did. The unit has been working perfectly. I do recommend Total Air.

Amazing service! We have been having problems with our air conditioner for almost 3 months. Two different companies came to look at our system with one company making 4 visits to our home....and the issue remained unresolved. Joe from Total Air came in and within the hour, had our system running without any problems. He was able to detect what was wrong when two others had been unsuccessful. Total Air will be my new company from now on for service. If you have a newer generation thermostat, this is the company you want. One technician from another company almost runined my Nest thermostat. The truth is not many technicians feel comfortable with these newer thermostats but Joe felt very comfortable working with our system. I wish I had called Total Air earlier!

I decided to use Total Air for the refrigerated air install in my house because they were recommended by my realtor and what a great experience. The crew was incredibly polite, punctual, and fast in their work. Big shout out to Luis for the quote and coordinating everything for the install, and the great conversation and introduction to El Paso!

Total Air Services is amazing! Joe called before he headed to the house and asked several questions regarding what the symptoms of the problem were. He and another gentlemen were very friendly and spoke great English. Joe is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was wrong to me. In the end my second story AC unit had never functioned correctly meaning it was installed by the builder's subcontractors incorrectly. They were well worth the wait and will be my go-to company if I ever have issues in the future.
