When you have had 3 companies to come out and tell you the same thing about your HVAC system, but you just need one more company to just nail it, Well I called Copelands HVAC to schedule someone to come out just to see if they will tell me the same thing, well this honest man name Brandon came out checked my system out and told me the same thing, I needed to replace my Duck work asap, well my AC was work great without any problems but I had a major problem. MOLD was growing in my Attic, very scary because I care for my elderly parents, Brandon explained to me what needed to be done, what I liked about him he was very honest, and to the point. I didn’t want to be pushed into making a fast decision but I know it needed to me done for the safety of my household, I agreed to have the work done, This past Saturday two amazing gentleman came out to start my work, Omg when I tell you it was a big JOB to have done, removing All my duck work cleaning the area, removing my old AC and Heating System replacing with a brand new Trans system. Installing new insulation,
Chris and Luis are so professional and take pride in their work, I asked questions to make sure I had a clear understanding what they were doing, Saturday they worked from 9:45am until 11:30pm, Chris asked me would it be ok for them to work late because they wanted to make sure my parents had heat. And to make sure everything was done correctly, Well my heat worked great, Their manager Brandon called to make sure everything was going ok, Chris stated we are still here, 15mins later Brandon arrived to assist them, My wireless Thermostat was installed my heat was working wonderful, I can go on and on about the quality of work that was done by Copelands. Brandon did a great job, I called and within 2 hours he was here and fixed our AC fan motor.

I like the fact that the Techs educated me in the issue and provided options on ways to resolve. They also utilized the parts warranty on the unit so the cost would be kept low.

Coming back to put the part in the furnace that he has to order. Brandon is very professional. Well, I said he was coming back but it's been 9 days now so I don't know. He was just gonna order a flame sensor. Maybe it's taking this long for it to come in.
