I had what started out as a not-great experience, but when the owner, Mike Ratterree found out about it, he jumped in with both feet to go above and beyond to make things better than right. He showed exceptional integrity, and I would gladly trust this business the next time I have a need.

Greg and Alex diagnosed and repaired LG mini split system which is 18 months old and suffered from faulty installation by others of another company. Will rely on them in the future.
