What a great job Dan and his team did on my new ac and heater. I highly recommend them to set you up for a cool summer and or a warm winter.

Brandon and his team were prompt, professional, and very approachable.

He quickly diagnosed my problem (busted pipe under the slab) walking me through the process with a camera. He verified his belief by scoping the back of the line from the roof as well.

Strittmatter AC services is "aces". Great service and technicians. Felix was thorough in explaining services required, costs associated and time-line. The technicians basically redid our upstairs AC system. New compressor, additional ductwork, additional exchanges in our upstairs bedrooms. The outcome was beyond our expectations. Felix went over and beyond to be responsive and helpful to us. Technicians Kaileb and Adrian were "top of the line". I highly recommend this company and am very impressed with their work and the individuals with whom we worked.

RIP OFF!!! STAY AWAY!!! The 'plumber' they sent out could not find a leak so 'repaired' fridge water supply that was NOT broken for $600 (was a $300 job according to another plumber). During the course of the repair, caused $500 worth of damage to the drywall. Had to hire a different plumber to find the actual leak and make the real repairs the next day. He made similar repairs for 1/2 the cost and did NO drywall damage in the repair or looking for the leak. This place is useless. Call anyone else. Management contacted me and I explained the issues I had with their services. The management has offered no refunds or recourse.

The plumber (JJ) did a fabulous job. Let me list the qualities I find important.
1. Returned my phone call. 2. Arrived on time. 3.Explained what he intended to do to remedy my issue. 4. Made all leakage repairs and explained what he had done. 5. Gave recommendations on future steps to take. 6. Lastly but just as important he had a humorous and enjoyable 😉 personality .

Brandon was very prompt, professional and friendly. Actually all the different crews were very good at their jobs. I will definitely use their services in the future if needed

Nick Kula and Zac were exceptional! We recently bought a house and had to have thousands of dollars of work done because of negligent previous owners. Nick and Zac took the time to walk us through exactly all of our options and ensured that we had the work done properly! They were true life saves and I will stay with the company as long as they are around.

Nick and Zac are truly what made, what could have been, an extremely stressful situation wonderful! Thanks so much again for all your hard work. You two went above and beyond!

JJ was great. He was one time and explained to me what was wrong and showed me. He had it repaired within a half hour. Very friendly and asked if there was anything he could look at from a plumbing perspective. Will use again

The expansion tank on our water heater had ruptured and was shooting water hard enough to put hole in drywall. Our home warranty company couldn't get someone out till next day. I called Strttmatter and JJ was here in 15 minutes. He jumped into action and took care of the situation promptly and professionally. He explained everything he was doing in layman's terms. Extremely pleased with service.

Brent was very professional, offered great advise on installing my water heater. And gave recommendations for mineral build up. Overall, I am releaved that I have hot water again!
