JJ with Strittmatter Plumbing was professional, polite, focused and worked quickly, indicating experience. He repaired two outdoor faucets for me. One had a pipe split during the winter freeze, the other has leaked outside the siding of the house since before I purchased it 5 years ago. Did an excellent job. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JJ JACOBS AT STRITTMATTER PLUMBING! Oh! And he came on a Sunday!

Strittmatter (Toby Dyer/ assisted by Adam) did fantastic work removing my old, non-functioning water heater (15 years old) and installing a new unit in about 3 hours on a Saturday morning. Explained everything in complete detail, cleaned up heater closet, no mess anywhere. They have my business from now on. They were a little late BUT call to explain why and then arrived at the new time. My experience with other companies was that they hopefully would arrive sometime during a "window of time", but you really just waited until they arrived.

Andy is always above and beyond the best! He has been servicing our A/C and heating for many years. He is always professional, honest and friendly! He is a definite asset to the company as well as to the customers! I would always highly recommend him without reservation! Thank you Andy for being the great person you are! JJ was great, but Angel’s plumbing trash needs to be cleaned up.

very professional, good customer service but pricing was not good though. I was quoted $639 for some simple work. I called one other plumber, verbally told him what work was needed, and he easily offered $500 - I probably could've pushed for less but I am not trying to squeeze for every penny, just trying to get fair pricing.

JJ took time to explain the problem and how to mitigate future risks. Learned a lot and trust his repairs were our best option.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Strittmatter. They repaired one of my air conditioning units and checked out the other two. Andy is very professional and courteous. He explained what he was doing during the repair process and educated me on what I can do to minimize wear on my unit. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them for HVAC service.
