Alan, Douglas and the third tech (I didn't get his name) where FABULOUS, they were thorough, sweet and new their job well. I will definitely be using Aura for my ducts from now on, they left them spotless and my condo had been rented out for a while and they were filthy. Great workers!!!

David and Douglas came to repair duct at our place. They quickly found the problem and then pointed out a key maintenance issue with our HVAC and fixed that as well. They were very timely, professional, and cleaned up after they left. We really appreciated their service

Alan, Douglas and Carlos did an amazing job cleaning both of our AC systems (ducts, blowers, plenum box, and coils). The job involved pulling out the blower on one of our units for a thorough cleaning. Alan was great at communicating throughout the process and shared before & after photos/videos of the various components of the AC system. I highly recommend them for this type of jobs.
