Our central HVAC went out while I was at work. I sent a service request and Josh responded by phone when I made the request at 1:00 AM. He came out later that morning and did an assessment and had the new compressor and other necessary parts installed before the end of the day. I appreciate his professional and courteous demeanor. He was very informative and detailed. I highly recommend this company to my neighbors and friends.

Came out quickly on a Saturday night to fix our AC. We had our 7 day old baby in the house with the temperature going over 80 degrees. They were so friendly and responsive. We had the tech here within an hour and he fixed the problem within minutes. I’d definitely recommend using this company.

I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service and quality of Air Conditioner that I got from Temperature Pro. Jon answered my call courtesly and sent out a technician promptly to assess my situation. Josh professionally installed my AC. He was very punctual and knowledgeable. My experience was better than I hoped for and I highly recommend them.

Very unsatisfied, schedule appointment last week for them to come out Thursday to give us a quote. Thursday came and representative called and said technician it out sick. So we reschedule for the next day (Friday) I end up calling to check up if they are coming out. Representative initiated that she was about to call me to tell me technician still out sick! Very unprofessional, I schedule a week in advance to have someone out here and they couldn't work with me by being on time or least try to have someone out here.

Temperaturepro Katy-Cypress sent a tech to look over my aging system. They recognized the issue immediately and did a quick inexpensive repair. I really appreciated the speedy service, and the fact they just did not automatically try and sell me a whole new unit. I will recommend them to all of my neighbors, and by business contacts. Temperature Pro Katy-Cypress has always done a great job for me. They arrive when promised and update you on everything that they do. They replaced an ac unit after a lightning strike and I was amazed at how quickly they got it done and the price was great. Give Jon or Josh a call for all of your HVAC meets.
