Claudio Moreno came out today to do maintenance on my heater. He was on time, professional, and even explained everything in detail. I wouldn’t trust having my a/c maintenance done by any other company. I’ve had 3 different technicians come out from this company for routine preventative maintenance and I’ve never had a bad experience. 100% would recommend.

EDIT: They actually responded and came out to view the problems. Evidently there was a personnel change and they are working on getting this resolved. They were extremely professional and did a very good job in their inspection. Will update after issues resolved.
I went with this business and put a four unit Mitsubishi ductless air conditioning system in about three years ago. Within 18 months the system began leaking. We called Elite Comfort out and they charged us $500.00 for service call, only to let us know that the company had been bought out and they no longer would service my home. We have since had several tech's out but cannot get the system to work correctly. I have been told that none of the pipe joints are welded or insulated/wrapped correctly. Now I have a very expensive system, exactly what they recommended, that cannot keep my home cool. Disappointed is an understatement.

Before he walked in, he professionally, put on booties to keep the dirtiness, of his shoes away from my carpet. He was quick and thorough and was very professional with the way he did his business in my attic. As well as when he was outside working on the box outside. He was friendly and answered every question I could think of.. William should get some sort of award for being the very best.

MC Perez was a very friendly and knowledgeable representative of the company. He was very thorough when diagnosing our system with pictures. Excellent communication skills when relaying information of what was needed to repair/replace our AC system.

Quarterly system checks are well worth the $15 a month. M.C, our technician, is the same each time we get inspected and he is very thorough, approachable, knowledgeable and professional.
You can tell he's a straight shooter who's not going to recommend something you don't need, which goes a long way when it feels like so many companies are just trying to "make a buck" off of customers who aren't familiar with the equipment.

AC system diagnostic and leak detection. Second visit was replacement/repair of AC system. It seems the guys stayed here as long necessary to do a proper install. I appreciate that effort.

Dustin Taylor was great, especially because our A/C failed on a hot July Saturday evening. In l less than an hour he had us up and running again. HINT get the service contract and you’ll save more than it costs with the diagnosis fee waived and the 20% discount on parts. I highly recommend both Dustin and Air Tech to my Houston neighbors who are looking for help with their HVAC problems.

We called because our AC was not cooling properly. Air tech sent someone out within a few hours. Not only did Mike Ford fix the problem and have us cooling very quickly. He made some adjustments that fixed a problem with our upstairs cooling that we have been trying to get fixed for 3 years and had been told by other companies would require expensive rerouting of our whole system. Thank you so much.

Our tech MC Perez. Came to do our yearly heating checkup. He was on time and took care of some hotspots that we had in the house. Me. Perez was very professional, personable and friendly. He made sure that all our issues were addressed.
