Mid-Cities Air Conditioning and Heating

These guys were unbelievable!! AC went out night before my son had a big surgery scheduled. Mid Cities went above and beyond to ensure the AC was working so he could recover without issue. I am very appreciative of this company and the awesome technician they sent. This company is very highly recommended. Two thumbs up.

Jonathan and team were very professional, friendly, and timely. The subcontractors did a good job and were very considerate. I would recommend your company.

My only feedback would be to offer greater brand variety. After reading reviews of Lennox, they are highly rated, but also consistently stand out as the top of the list, cost-wise.

We recently moved into a new home with older AC and heating units. It was recommended on the inspection that we have tune-ups on all three units. Mid-Cities was very accommodating in scheduling and great communication over the phone. One of the heaters wasn't working and my husband and I were terrified it would be something major, luckily for us the tech, Jonathan, is honest and he easily fixed the problem without charge. All the work was done carefully and thoroughly. Moving to a new city is hard and it's not always easy to find trustworthy people right off the bat, but I think we got lucky and found a reliable company for HVAC service. We contacted Mid Cities to receive a proposal for replacing our heating and air conditioning system. Jonathan did a thorough review of our existing system and provided us with several options with various seer and price ranges. Jonathan was very knowledgeable and thorough in his explanation. We are reviewing our options now. We were pleased with response time, knowledge, and variety of options available to us.

Always super friendly, great service and they have always been honest with me on what we need to do to fix them problem. Jonathan is an amazing technician!

UPDATE: 3/18/2022 - Still my go-to HVAC company. Just had my tune-up service and I am still very pleased with everything about this company.

UPDATE 5/10/2021 - still a great company that I call for all my HVAC needs. Not sure why I need them every May, but it seems like every May my HVAC requires a visit from Mid-Cities! Very happy with Jonathon and his professionalism and the way he explains why & what he’s doing.

Great A/C company. If I ever need hvac work done again I am calling here. Fast, friendly, reliable and I was kept updated on the whole process which is important to me. I’m very, very pleased with this company.

I have been with them for a while. Always prompt and professional. Called in for service at 10 am and was able to get a same day service Jonathan was able to detect/resolve the issue like in 5 minutes upon arrival. After the service, he went over the problems and actions taken by him in detail with me which I found very informative. A typical example of a small company maintaining the standard with a small number of elite.

I have used Mid-Cities Air Conditioning for 20 years. They have always been polite, professional, and knowledgeable. The same was true with the technician that came to my house this time.

He determined the problem, which was not my A/C, but a switch requiring an electrician. Once the switch was fixed, the electrician could not get the A/C to come on. The same Mid-Cities tech came out and started it in under 3 minutes.

And, even with coming out twice for something that was not their issue, they didn't charge me anything!

The technician was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. There was one minor problem that he fixed and explained to me the problem and what he did to repair it. He was very efficient and fast and was in and out In a relative short period of time. I was very pleased.

A couple of weeks ago the ac at my apartment stopped working I had called the office people multiple times for them to come out and fix it and as most maintenance men do they did a quick fix. After I got tired of the maintenance men doing sever quick fixing I decided to call mid cities. The lady on the phone was very nice and worked with my schedule. I received a phone call letting me know the tech was on the way. When he got there he was very nice and broke it down to where I could understand it. The $65 service call fee was WELL worth it.
