Temperature Solutions A/C

I called for emergency service (our ac was not cooling). Of course I was 15 minutes late. So I called at 8 a.m. when they opened. Josh was out about 10 a.m. and replaced our capacitor. We are cooled now.
Previously we had signed up for the prevention service.

I would recommend Temperature Solutions to everyone. We have had 3 units replaced through them and several small service calls. No matter what we call for the service is impeccable. The owners and all the employees are polite, prompt and just a pleasure to work with. They truly care about customer service. We mostly work with Zach, who is amazing!!! Do not hesitate to give this company a try, you won't regret it.

I am so grateful that there is a company like Temperature Solutions. This is a family owned business that does great work, is honest, and very reasonable with their prices. I’ve been in my home for 3 years. As part of the purchase agreement, a one year home warranty was included. Temperature Solutions had already become our HVAC company. During their spring check up visit, a problem was discovered with the furnace that was going to require a repair, and a price was quoted. There was no pressure to do the repair during the visit. Afterward I remembered the Home Warranty. I called back and told Zach that we had this warranty and I wasn’t sure if I would use it or have them (Temp Solutions) do the repair. I was a little apprehensive to tell him that, but Zach couldn’t have been nicer about it. He told me he totally understood and whatever decision we made would be fine. He didn’t try to pressure me at all, which I very much appreciated. I ultimately decided to have them do it because I trusted them, and didn’t know what company the Home Warranty company would have sent. Since then, through twice yearly check ups, and a few other repairs, my trust in them has only grown. It doesn’t matter which technician comes to the house, they are are all highly knowledgeable and very professional. I give Temperature Solutions my highest recommendation.

We called Temperature Solutions after dealing with two other AC repair companies. They responded promptly and diagnosed our problem. Josh was our service person and he was outstanding. We also found a Tyler understanding and ethical. We spent more time with Josh. He was friendly, worked very hard, and honest. He gave us repair cost and replacement cost for our unit. We elected to replace the AC as a result of our unit being 9 years old (warranty is 10). Keep in mind the prior AC company told us it was not under warranty, which was false. We should note two other friends referred us to them and said “they are honest and their price is fair.” Our house is cool tonight due to their hard work. We will be using them in the future and you should too! !

Called the office and got an answer. Easy scheduling, fast response. They called back the day prior to confirm appointment. Technician was on time, professional and seemed very competent. Cold air back on at a reasonable price. Will use again.

I am so glad I decided to have them install my entire hvac system including ducts. A great crew! Polite, hilarious, professional and do what they say they are going to do. From beginning to end, there were no surprises. I am signing up for their maintenance program and will forever recommend them to anyone who needs their service. I just can't say enough about my experience. Thanks for being an honest company with the only product in town MADE IN TEXAS!

AC was taking forever to cool the home so that dreadful feeling came of a large expense looming. After using Temperature Solutions before when an old friend recommended them I decided to have them come diagnose and eventually install a new unit after it was decided that it had gone kaput.

They were on time and knocked it out quickly. Had a light mishap with a plaque on the wall that rolled down the stairs and put a hole in my wall. They had the someone come out and fix it free of charge in a timely manner.

I will definitely consider/recommend Temperature Solutions A/C for all your A/C needs.

Had a home warranty who did not want to pay for equal parts for our AC system with coil leaking. Took cash option and called big name AC company from radio Ad (new to Seabrook and did not know who to call) They took weeks to talk to us and wanted WAY too much and charged $400 for more Freon that ran out again before ever resolving issue. Called Temperature Solutions AC in Kemah on a Saturday and they answered! Scheduled appointment for Monday morning and showed up! Gave pricing during the appointment and scheduled installation of new coil same day for following Monday! Tyler has been great to work with and very communicative through whole process. They even filled Freon for no charge until they could install new system. They were also $1500 less than big name AC company. So happy we called Temperature Solutions in Kemah!! Stay local y’all 😊
