Samuel & Sons is absolutely amazing. They provide professional, high quality service. They are knowledgeable and kind enough to explain and educate as they go if you have questions. They worked very hard to keep us in our old ac (not sold or installed by S&S) and when the time came to start new they installed our new air conditioner without any hidden costs or fees and left a very clean workspace. They installed a new thermostat as well. They offered a generous warranty and we couldn't be more satisfied overall. And, we also appreciate they were kind to our dog. :)

The motor to the inside fan on my AC went out. They diagnosed it very quickly and replaced it. My AC still was not working so they came back again. They diagnosed the problem within a couple minutes. They did have to go pick up supplies and come back but they got it fixed fairly quickly. They told me the pricing along the way and made sure I was okay with it before repairs were made and explained what they were doing as we went along. I am very happy to have working AC in July during a heatwave.

Phenomenal service! They always get me in on the same day I call. Very thorough and professional work, and the guys are personable and are great at explaining to me in a way I can easily understand. Most reasonable pricing, also!! I highly recommend this company!

I had a $1000 outrageous quote that they also said can't get me fixed until Monday (it was a Friday) from another company. Called for a estimate they came out within 20 mins diagnosed it, show me what the issue was and was fixed in 2 hours!! Highly recommend this business

So far we are happy with their work. They came out with our warranty company to fix an issue with our AC. Then we hired them out of warranty and added a UV light to our vent for cleaner air/bacteria control. I was going to buy the Air Scrubber and install it myself, but I decided to give them the business. Their pricing was right and lower compared to others in the area. Sophie was very helpful with my wife, and gave us the options to research the products they carried. The technicians were professional and did a good clean job. We decided to do the yearly maintenance contract with them as well.

These guys are as professional as it gets. I had another company come to my house and charge me $1,000 to "fix" my heater and it was still not working. The other company came two more times and still couldn't fix my problem, and only gave me $100 back. So I decided to try someone else and cut my losses.

I had Samuel and Sons come out, and TO THE RESCUE! Literally, within 30 seconds these guys figured out the problem with my heater. They were very polite, professional, to the point, got straight to work and knew what they were doing. I had Cody and Harley come to my house and these two gentleman are welcome back anytime. I highly recommend giving this company a try if you are needing hvac work done. They are also locally owned and family ran.

Samuel and Sons have become my favorite HVAC repair company. I called with an emergency, my home felt like 1000 degrees😊. Samuel and Sons answered all my questions, and within 24 hours I had a new AC and condenser unit. Techs arrived as promised, and were very professional. I will close with this, people forget names, and people sometimes forget faces, but people never forget when they are provided excellent customer service. Samuel and Son you provided that service. I can’t thank you enough!!!!!

We called their dispatch after hours on a Wednesday and their dispatch made an appointment minutes after leaving a text message that we needed service.
They showed up right away in the morning, diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. Replaced the damaged capacitor a couple of minutes later. The technician was proficient, professional and friendly. They are our go to for heating and cooling needs now. We're definitely going to be a repeat customer, when needed of course.
