I contacted Sun Heating & Cooling when the previous company was a no show for scheduled appointments. My air was not working. The office was flexible in scheduling so I did not have to take time off from work. The technician called prior to his arrival and was on time. He was very professional and explained everything along the way and did not rush through the repair. The AC unit is running smoothly once again! Highly recommended.

The entire process of getting our new air condition, furnace and water heater was exceptional. The knowledge, expertise, product and installation was exceptional. the technicians were great guys. All the technicians we've had come to service our furnace and air conditioner have been great! Knowledgeable, friendly and keep at it until they get the job done right. Office staff is the same way when I call for anything. The owner even came out on a call one time with an issue we had. Great all around service!

Sun Heating & Cooling came out because our heater wasn't working properly. They were able to schedule us for a diagnostic visit immediately. Their technician was extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed our problems and fixed the issue on the same day. Our heater is now working great, never realized that we have probably been wasting energy for years with a heater working sub-par. Absolutely recommend!!!

I don't often go out of my way to write a review, but this company is really exceptional. My wife complained to me that overnight the ac seemed to start blowing out warm air instead of cold. I called Sun Heating & Cooling and spoke with the owner, who said he'd be able to have a technician come to our home the same day. Just a few minutes later Timothy the technician called to say he was in route. He arrived and was really friendly and helpful. He took his time and explained the problem. He got on the roof and brought back down the part that had gone bad, it was nice to see it and have it explained to me. It turned out to be an easy fix and we were cooled off in no time. Cant say enough good things about SMW.

Timothy and Sun Heating & Cooling have helped my family out twice now and we couldn't be more pleased. Timothy was great with follow up and he arrived on time which is rare in that field. Not only did they respect my time they even put on shoe protectors to come in even though the house was a total mess. They handled themselves with the utmost professionalism and they treated us and our home with respect. I will definitely use them again and I recommend.

Sun Heating & Cooling technician arrived on time which was very helpful. Firstly he explained how the keypad worked and provided written instructions. He quickly changed the filter and made sure we understood how everything worked before leaving. It was great to receive a reminder on the different temperature settings for the seasons. A great service. Thank you!
