Had my complete HVAC installed. From start to finish they were friendly, professional, up front and extremely dedicated and hardworking. They did a very thorough job. I would highly recommend this company any day. They did an amazing job. I have used other companies in the past for AC needs but now that I have used this company I will be sticking with them. Super happy and pleased from day 1 of the initial quote to the installation and completion.

The technician that visited my home for routine system check ups was by far one of my best experiences with any repair technician. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. This man not only helped to ensure my system will run well throughout the summer but spent time with me personally to show me what I can do to increase proficiency in my system. I would 100% recommend.

The entire team at Dr Cool & Professor Heat were amazing. Sakis, the engineering tech surveyed our existing system thoroughly and listened to my concerns. He calculated the heat load on our house after getting our input on what our comfort temp was and took into account our building's structure, insulation level, and windows type. He give us a quote on a new AC/ Heating system with an innovative solution to address my concerns about cooling/heating our East/West facing 3 story town home quietly and evenly; and explained everything that they would do, how long it would take and what to expect. None of the other companies that I got bids from wanted to do anything beyond just replacing my system with another one just like it (only 20 years newer). The installation crew (Paul, Joseph & Michael) did a great job -they even left my attic more organized than they found it! They were careful to clean up each day before they left and coordinated taking out the old system and putting in the new one with just a few hours without AC. They balanced the flow to the 3 stories by adding additional registers / vents and air returns. When they were finished, we had an issue with the thermostat not controlling the temperature very tightly.
Brandon, the service manager came out promptly and took care of that problem. When they were all done, we had a system that is so quiet and efficient , I have to go outside and look at the fan to see if it's running!

A bad install led to mold in my house. They pretended it didn't exist until it got too bad to ignore, then they want me to pay for the repair cost. Stay away!

Technician Kyle Baker came to address a warranty issue on my mini-split system. It was late in the day, he had previous calls run long, and still had a call after mine.

Kyle had an excellent attitude despite the long day, was very communicative, and walked down the repair with me to ensure I understood it was complete and correct.

I highly recommend Doctor Cool Professor Heat to anyone and if you get Kyle, all the better!

This company is amazing!! Last year (2022) our AC decided to go out on a weekend. First I called the place who had installed our AC and found they were no longer in business. Next I called DR. cool. They were so prompt answering the phone and dispatching someone right away to come fix it. He found the problem and fixed it quickly and the price was even better! We signed up for their yearly maintenance program as well. Sure enough, they called us to get us on the schedule for our summer maintenance. They are honest, upfront with costs, and respectful of property. Very prompt and on time too! Highly recommend!!

The technician was extremely nice, professional, and I believe thorough. He presented me with all my options. Unfortunately, the quote was more than I could afford but otherwise, I have no issues with this business and I have used them before. Their work seems to be high quality and their response time is excellent, if you are not too fussy about the price point, and what you are going for is prompt, professional, reliable service then this is the company for you.

These guys are highly recommended by us! When so many so called professionals tend to disappoint these days, this amazing group of professionals did not! My experience with them was A+ in responsiveness, professionalism, and even troubleshooting and problem solving during routine maintenance and new installation. My AC unit went out a couple of days ago. My coworker referred me to Doctor Cool saying he had an amazing experience with them so I asked to get a bid. With this heat wave, I was super thankful someone was able to come out in only a matter of hours to give a second opinion on if the unit was repairable (something he didn't have to do) and provide an estimate on a new system. Brandon B. was very professional, kind and genuinely wanted to walk me through the replacement process for HVAC. I would definitely recommend this company to others in need of HVAC services.

Everyone was so wonderful during this quite frustrating time. Very professional, kind, explained everything wonderfully, and to where we all understood!! Not to mention the job got done within a week and we had tons and tons of work to be done but they worked very hard and diligently to get everything up and running with no issues!!!!
