Doctor Cool & Professor Heat

I had a great experience with Dr. Cool and Heat because of their employee Devin Nixon. His knowledge, expertise, and customer service was phenomenal. He was able to fix my a/c that day due to a bad expansion valve and came back with a new valve the following day. Devin also called the day after to make sure the HVAC system was running appropriately.
To the owner of Dr. Cool and Heat: In my opinion, Devin deserves a raise and you should never let him leave your company. I give him my highest recommendation and I will always call your company (and recommend to everyone in my community) for my HVAC needs because of how he took care of me and my family that week.

Extremely satisfied with our install. We had basically everything in our attic replaced and added new vents around the house where needed. Tuan's crew did an amazing job on the install. They worked extremely hard, were professional, and kept us informed every step of the way.

Dr. Cool representatives did an excellent job taking care of me. My family had no AC when we contacted them and within less than 48 hours after visiting with a field representative they had installers at my home replacing my entire system. The installation team was very professional and office personnel did a great job informing me of accurate arrival times. Brandon with their sales department did a great job educating me and my wife on the systems they offer and kept his word on all ends of the deal. He even showed back up briefly to walk down the install in progress and ensure everything was going as planned. I definitely would recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC maintenance and/or installation services and look forward to continuing doing business with them!

The other thing I am very impressed about is the quality of their work. The install is perfect. The workmanship is so good they proudly mark it as their work.

We have used Doctor Cool Professor Heat for years. Today we had our maintenance appointment with Eddie. Fantastic technician and person. He sets the standard as far as I am concerned. Need more like him. We also had our AC system installed by this company years ago. Did a great job and everything went smoothly. I remember the inspector commenting that he could tell their installs versus others because of the quality of their work , etc. Recommend them.

Devin was our tech today - he was AWESOME. He came out within an hour an half of calling, solved the problem and had our a/c up and running within 20 minutes on this VERY hot June day. We will 100% be using Dr. Cool/Professor Heat for future (hopefully very distant future) problems.

Good Service liable information. Very friendly and polite explained everything that was done during the maintenance and what services needed to be done.

Great experience. Salesman Sean did a great job and installers were very professional. We had a total change out and it looks and operates much better than the old unit that was installed when we built the home. Installers not only did a great job installing, but did a great job of cleaning up. Would definitely recommend this company for new unit change outs. We did get lower bids, but they would have used some of the existing breakers and foundations. This was quality work and well worth the few extra dollars to get it done right. Thank you Doctor COOL!
