I called after hours and spoke with Robert, he came out that night and had me up and running quickly. He was very nice and his prices are fair. He signed me up for a maintenance contract and explained in detail what all is included (which is more than I thought) I will recommend Frost to all my friends and family from now on. Thanks!

If you are looking for an honest, reliable, locally owned HVAC company look no farther. Frost Brothers Heating & Air has had our business for over 5 years. They have gone above and beyond for us personally as well as when an elderly family members AC was run over and destroyed in the middle of the summer. Frost Brothers had a crew out there replacing it the same day. We were beyond grateful. More companies should take a page out of Shawn’s handbook because his service and heart set him well above any of his competitors.

Alex and his crew removed the antique system I had and installed a brand new unit. Alex was GREAT and very professional. They were also here when they said they would be here! Very nice and courteous! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Robert and Alex came out withinin 1 1/2 hours of me making the call for help. After diagnosing the problem and presenting a solution I was not ready to afford, Robert offered another solution that better fit my current situation. Alex, Chris, and Chris could not have been a better team of installers for our new HVAC system. They were prompt, diligent, professional, and clean. The didn’t leave anything behind. I couldn’t be happier. I was told the team would be here by a certain time and done by a certain time and they came through. I highly recommend Frost Brothers Heating and Air. In fact, I’m already looking to do a duct cleaning with them, as well. Great job, guys!

Frost does yearly maintenance checks on our systems. We’ve also had them install a ductless air conditioner in our garage. From the scheduling phone call to the service/installation, we’re always well taken care of. Honest communication, efficient & knowledgeable service…Shawn & his team are true professionals.

Alex,Johnny, and Chris did the install which went well. They also worked to address the noise the new system made. Ended up bending the louvers on the old vent to greater lower the noise. Alex was especially helpful. Also enjoyed working with Robert on the initial project scope. He was very helpful answering and addressing questions.
The whole project took one meeting with Robert and was installed the next day by early afternoon.

Robert was extremely helpful and fair helpful in the initial process of figuring out what was going on with the system, and coming up with a solution that we could afford. Today Alex, Johnny & Chris did a fantastic job of providing a professional install, and cleaning up where you would never know they had even been there.

I had a complete new system installed less than 2 years ago and love it. There was a connection issue due to animals or something hitting it by accident, I called them and they were out quick. They didnt have the part on the truck to fix it right then but were back at my home the same day to get us back up and running. My daughters and i really were thankful for that. And since i had a great warranty plan it didnt cost me anything for the parts or labor to install them.

Shawn responded quickly when our A/C went out. His price was very competitive. Alex and his team were thorough and very professional with the repairs he made.

Alex, Johnny, Chris and Ross showed up quickly on short notice to remove my old system and install the new one. These guys were polite, professional, and really knew what they were doing. They left behind no mess when the work was done. God forbid I need my AC replaced again, but if I do, I need these guys to do it.
