Very satisfied with the service. Carl was most cordial and respectful. He did a neat job and gave us confidence in the reliability of our system for the year ahead.

We have a club membership with these guys. They do great work and I appreciate the way they take pictures and explain things to the customer. A tech named Carl came to check on our system and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend you give your business to these guys

We have used AC contractors for a couple years now having tried other hvac contractors. We have been very pleased. They come when they say they will and we are notified when they are 15 minutes away. Our AC units are over 15 years old and they keep them running like new and don’t try to talk us into replacing them. We have worked with both Andrew Roberts and Carl Husband of AC Contractors and recommend them both very highly. They go above and beyond and they don’t mind me observing them while they work and my asking dumb questions about what they are doing and how the systems work (or don’t as the case may be). I always learn something when they come out.

Our technician, Carl, was very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. Calling the office to have an appointment setup was very easy and they provided a follow up the day before and then a call the day of to let us know that the technician was on their way. Overall, A/C contractors never disappoints. Their club service is well worth it.

We love Carl! He is just an amazing person. He works hard, is incredibly thorough and talented and has always taken care of us well. We cannot recommend him or AC Contractors enough.

I have never had a technician work as hard cleaning up the outside units as I had with Carl. He was super nice very informative and very professional. Y’all need more people like Carl At AC Contractors. I hope I get him every time I get a service call

Everyone was nice when we made the purchase of the AC system I want to say last year. I was told we had 24/7 service included if we had service issues. Today, I couldn't get my unit to come on at all. I got on line and filled out the "online request form" and I haven't heard from anyone as of yet. I can only hope that this isn't the way we will begin to build the relationship after such a positive start.

Our technician Carl was very knowledgeable and thorough . He explained everything he was doing and what our unit needed. We were really happy with the service we received today!

A/C contractors have been our service provider for our HVAC system since
they repaired our a/c back in the summer of 2021 and to this day is still functioning well. Ricky and the previous techs were respectful, polite and explained everything from the good things they noticed on the inspections to the areas we need to focus and service to prolong our system in excellent working condition. Monthly membership gives us the benefits of 2 tune ups (1 for heating and 1 for cooling) per year and 20% discounts on repairs and filters. Plus free diagnostic service with repairs!

This was a routine maintenance, but the tech also installed a cleaning pad to help keep the drain pipes clean and they also installed an overflow switch to help prevent the costly damage that we had previously due to the drain becoming plugged.
The technicians were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They intently listened to my concerns and responded professionally.
Two more important things on the list for me is that they were promptly on time and they cleaned up after themselves.
