Awesome response time 40mins from first call to tech arriving, the tec performed admirably and found problem very quickly and replaced a broken / blown part within the condenser unit, will recommend there services if I could give a 10 star I would they are very polite on phone and tec knew his job. Btw. This was a out of hrs repair and was responsible with there charge.....

In a desperate need they were able to show up same day!! Diagnosed the problem and were helpful in trying to find a solution!

I've used them often for different rental properties we have and they are great! This time, when it was my own home, they were the only ones I called!

I called on the weekend because my AC went out. The Technician said it was a bad capacitor. He replaced it, AC didn't come on. He did some checking said it's missing a leg in the circuit. Said he couldn't fix it. I would have to call an electrician. Charged me 330 dollars. And my AC still doesn't work. Not happy.

Wasn't first time using Ben Maine, but everytime the technician is friendly and seem well knowledge. I will definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.
