This company is great! The provided me with a technician within an hour of calling. Andrew was very courteous and arrived ahead of schedule. This company was a quick and efficient solution to my ac needs. Will definitely be using them again!!

Very polite even though we didn't exactly get the issue fixed. Andrew did install a clean out for the condensate line for us though, and explained how to prevent the line from getting clogged again . super helpful and would definitely use them again ! Everytime they've been out it's been a pleasant experience super fast service

Eric and the team at E.R.A were extremely helpful when we returned home from a weekend out of town and found our A/C unit completely iced up because the circulation blower had quit working. We left a message for help with E.R.A on Sunday night. Early Monday AM we were contacted and put on their schedule. A very short time later Eric and Andrew arrived and did a fast job of repairing our unit and getting us enjoying cool breezes again. Their courteous, quick, and quality service makes me feel that I could recommend E.R.A Climate Technologies to anyone.

E.R.A. was fantastic. I cannot recommend them enough. My wife and I were very pleased with their service, time, and the value received. We desperately needed an air handler replaced before our whole family came for Christmas and E.R.A. jumped through hoops to get it done. Eric and his staff were extremely professional and made our attic space look better than they found it when they left. Five stars are not enough; if there was a sixth star to give, we would give it.

Eric cleaned and repaired an aging system and gave great advice for what to do in the near future regarding replacement.
We replaced our system with a new Lennox Signature series and it is awesome! They installed in a short amount of time and spent plenty of time explaining how to operate the system to get the most out of it. We are very pleased and excited.

ERA response time is incredibly fast. They are very courteous and professional. Our AC was having issues and Andrew was able to quickly repair it.

They came out the same day I called in the service request! Repairman was kind and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond and above all else he fixed the AC! Would definitely use them again!

Eric and his crew at ERA climate technologies did a fantastic job installing our New Lennox unit. We now have two of these beauties installed by ERA climate tech, and couldn't be more pleasd. The workers are very knowledgeable and happy to explain the new system. Our new Lennox units are so much more efficient, that our energy bills have decreased significantly. We highly recommend this company!!

Andrew added a uv light to our ac unit. He is always friendly and gives instructions about how to use equipment. Very profesional. Company always texts and calls to let us know when they will be there. We use them for cleaning and up keep 2 times a year. Fantastic company.
