Don’t buy an A/C unit here. Service after the sale is horrible! 4 days for a tech to come fix a 4 year old ac unit in the hot summer sucks! Jacks AC has had to perform repairs on my ac unit every single year and the unit is only 4 years old now. Every single time the unit breaks down it takes days and a lot of fighting just to get a repair tech sent out. All of their good service technicians have now left and the owner could care less if an ac unit he sold is working or not.

I am beyond pleased with Jack’s Air Conditioning and Heating. Our air handler went out and I gave them a call. They replaced the unit the next day for a very reasonable price. The technicians were very nice, professional, and knowledgeable They were very patient at answering all of my questions. The customer service was above and beyond their competitors. In my business I have seen and heard stories of many HVAC companies. I have only heard great things about Jack’s Air Conditioning and Heating. They are also true patriots that support the military and first responders! I can’t say enough about them! I will highly recommend Jack’s Air Conditioning and Heating to anyone that needs an honest, fair, and professional HVAC company. They will absolutely treat you right.

I had an appointment for 2 pm. I had to take off work, and around 2:30, I received a call that they were canceling my appointment because they had a business with no air conditioning, and that was more important than my scheduled appointment. I was already at home when I received the call. Totally unprofessional.. She was very rude.. Horrible customer service...

They placed a stove hood vent. In placing it they installed it with the metal hood and nail holes showing from the front. Our contractor had to cut out the piece of wood, they missed, which they should have done, and install it correctly.

We had our entire AC unit system installed by Jack's last year and they did an excellent job. Just recently we had the one year maintenance and check up done by Joe. We were very pleased with his services. He was all around friendly and professional, as with the rest of the staff and service personnel. I would highly recommend this business.

Very impressed with Jack's Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. I own rental property and also manage properties for clients and had previously used a different company. An outside A/C unit at one of the properties had stopped coming on. Jack's came out very quickly and determined it needed to be re-charged. They re-charged the unit. About 24 hours later it had quit working again. There was apparently a major leak in the lines. They were able to get us scheduled and get new copper lines ran to prevent future problems. The office people are very friendly and the technicians are extremely knowledgeable. Jack's is my go to A/C company now. I highly recommend them for any and all of your A/C needs!

I would highly recommend Jack’s AC, and Steve as your technician. Our AC went out while my husband was out of the country, and I was told that the entire unit needed to be replaced, which would have cost thousands of dollars. I got a second opinion from Steve, who determined that it was an electrical problem and was able to fix it for a fraction of the cost. I’m very thankful for the fast, honest service, and I will definitely be using this company again.

Called them in good faith for my Parma residence understanding the unit was installed in 2016 and we purchased the home two months ago and we have an extended service plan and warranty on the home. The technician was less than informed in his duties and trued to upsell a leak test at a cost of 900.00 dollars it seemed his focus was only to sell high instead of determining the issues at hand. After I asked if the test was covered under our service plan and being advised no I proceeded to request for a refill or too off of the units freon again the technician was hesitant instead offered a leak test. Then I advised him just to pack and leave considering my frustration over the phone I paid 89.95 for a walk up to look at the system and advised for no results to our problem after contacting the Americas prefferdd home warranty they advised leak test was covered along with the service fee. Decisive practices do not go un noticed make sure you do your homework before you Intrust
your wallet to anyone in this field of buisness.
