Earl’s is usually very professional and prompt. Our home warranty is through them and we give them a call when something needs checking or fixing. They’re quick and honest.

Our technician was Mike. He was very polite and professional. Knew what the issue was right away and did a great job at fixing it. Customer service while making my appointment was very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Earl's!!!

The technicians show up on time as promised. They are knowledgeable and friendly, work efficiently, and they make sure everything is clean when they leave. I love the texts sent before the technician comes, showing you who will be there and how long they have worked in the trade. Every experience I’ve had with Earl’s has been fantastic!

After experiencing poor service with another provider the service I received with Earls has been fantastic. Pleasant, professional, quick response, and my home is already starting to cool down and the job was completed about 10 minutes ago.

I had immediate assistance and Earl's Plumbing came through. I had a great experience with Earl's Plumbing from the moment I called, the lady I spoke with was very nice and though they were booked for the day she promised to closely follow up with me hoping they can squeeze me in somewhere, submitted my work order and accepted a video of my issue. Within a couple hours Arnold made a judgement call and felt it needed to be addressed today and took care of it. Great service!

We have used Earls for plumbing fixes and upgrades, new hvac installation, reducting the entire house and even sheet rock repair. They are EXCELLENT! response time is always quick. Their servicemen have always been respectful and courteous and trustworthy. Its nice to have a company we trust to call about any repairs at the house and not have to worry about the quality of the work or the price. Earls is fantastic.

Earl’s plumbing sent out Kerry who gave me a diagnosis and estimate. Kerry presented the information and answered all my questions very matter of fact. The estimate was significantly lower then the competitor. Kerry told me that once the work got started the price might actually go down but never over the estimate. Richard and Cory were assigned to do my repairs. They were extremely punctual, friendly, responsive and EXTREMELY professional (while my experienced with their competitor was not professional at all). They answered all my questions along the way and I appreciated their candid responses. I asked A LOT of questions, I was very curious about the process and procedures and they were so awesome to take the time to answer and explain anything I didn’t fully understand. It was very important to me to get quality work. In the end, I felt like they not only did they provide quality work but they went out of their way to to make sure that they could provide it at the very best value. In the end, the final cost was under their original estimate by over $1,000 and that out beat their competitions bid by over $9,000. Thank you so much, Richard and Cory!

Had Earls plumbing come out for an estimate. Another company told me that I needed to change out some plumbing fixtures .Earls said all was up to code and no need for replacement. He gave me an estimate for the work which was under there price. When time to replace I will chose Earls. Very nice people.

We purchased our home last year and one year warranty with Earl's Plumbing was included. The guys they have sent over are very courteous and professional. Very quick response time from filing a claim to sending out someone for the service call.
