On April 28th we had them at a rental property to check drains, HVAC unit, and water heater before new tenants moved in. They missed a drain so had to come back which resulted in us being charged a second time for a technician to go out to the house. Then there is the HVAC system....on April 28th we were told that the unit was good to go and the pressure test was good. On May 10th we had the line from the exterior unit to the interior unit completely frozen and melting into our attic. When the owner came to look at the unit the following day they asked my husband to come to the house to discuss the multiple problems with the unit. We went from “good to go” to multiple problems with the unit in a matter of less than 2 weeks. The owner of the company admitted that the technician that serviced our HCVAC system LACKED the knowledge to notice the multiple problems with the unit yet we were charged for this service. Again, we went from being told on the 28th that our unit was “good to go” to the entire unit being completely replaced on May 12th with new tenants moving in on May 15th. Instead of having 2 weeks to fix the problem we now have 2 days. When we are told that Jay Young himself would call by 10 am with a quote this did not happen instead the front desk called at 10:40 am and we never heard back from Jay Young. Once we had the quote sent to us we had questions and never received a return phone call from Jay Young to answer these questions. Since we still have NOT heard back from Jay Young we went with another company to replace our unit. This has put us in a terrible spot with new renters which has not made a good first impression on us.
Needless to say the technicians do not call you directly, the tech calls the front desk who then calls you which inevitably results in poor communication by the time the information gets around to the customer. Then if you have problems or questions you call the front desk who then has to call and explain things to the technician which again leads to something not being fully communicated correctly. Basically a bad case of the game "Telephone" from childhood except this is real life when it matters.
Our water heater was leaking. John came out on Saturday and looked at it and said we needed a new one and luckily it was still under warranty. The following Monday morning he replaced it with new pan and connections. Excellent job and excellent service. Thank You.

Not only did they assure us that we were talking to the right COMPANY. They proved it as well! From Phillis in the office, to the Installers on site and YES the owner Jay came to approve everything and to be sure we knew they will be here for us in the future! 10 stars!!!!!!!!!!

Called last week and made a appointment to get a estimate on getting all new air ducts in house. The morning of my appointment I didn't receive a anyone show up or call so I called and was told that they had to many big jobs come up to get to mine.
They replaced an HVAC system for us. They gave us a reasonable quote on a name-brand unit, got the unit installed in a timely manner, and charged us the exact amount of the quote (no hidden fees). All of the employees were professional, respectful, and courteous.
John was great, he came out and had a real difficult job. Our lines are so full of roots and junk (rent home) He worked very hard on 100° day on our roof and cleared out all our lines.
We had a drain leak under a slab foundation, these guys came in and got right to work with minimal mess, they kept us informed throughout the whole job, And they finished under the quoted price. I definitely would recommend them to anybody I know.
