Nathan Carter is an extremely knowledgeable and capable technician. He and his crew efficiently installed a new heat & air conditioning system in a single day. His initial presentation and thorough attention to our concerns convinced us that Harris Air was the Company we wanted to do business with!

We purchased 2 new A/C units + furnace and we have no regrets going through Harris Air Services. We applied for credit and was approved quickly and able to purchase the units interest free. Thank you! Thomas was professional and informative. We've actually saved on our electric and gas bills because of the more efficient units Harris Air recommended for our size home. We signed up for the maintenance plan and living in Texas this is a "must have" and not a "nice to have".

A very professional technician came out. His name was Jacob Perez. He went on and beyond working on our AC unit. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, polite, and. Courteous. He was even a fur baby lover, he brought our little puppy a bone when he came in. Harris Air Services LLC to us is tops.

Harris Air Services is a great company. I highly recommend them. We smelled a strong burning wire smell by our furnace. When I called Harris Air Services with the issue, they gave us a same day appointment. Nathan was extremely helpful and found the problem. The wires were burning and melting. Nathan fixed the problem and we can now safely run our heater. I would definitely recommend and use Harris Air Services again.

Jacob was great, very informative and did a solid job. He made sure to check off every possible cause for our problem and managed to fix our issue in no time. Could tell Jacob knew what he was talking about as he made it easy to understand, he also did a great job with the trainee he had along with him from what I could tell. Overall Jacob was great and I will definitely be telling friends and family about Harris Air if they ever have any issues, we won’t be looking for any other company after Jacob’s service here - I think that guy deserves a raise!

Our technician, Preston, was fantastic! I was really impressed with the detailed explanations and time taken to walk me through everything. He even took photos/videos and provided a clear write up of recommended options for me to walk through with my husband, who wasn’t present at the time. Preston has been out to provide our routine service preciously so he was already familiar with our units, service history etc. Would highly recommend Harris Air!

Jacob Perez was my repair guy. He was very knowledgeable and friendly guy that made me feel better and fixed the problem quickly. He showed me how to fix it so I know what to do to keep my AC working and my house Cool

I have been a customer of Harris Air Services for several years. I was dissatisfied with a previous HVAC company and a friend recommended Harris Air Services. I called them and set up an appointment for a preventative maintenance service. Joshua C. was the technician that came to my home. Josh took the time to explain, in detail, the operation of the system. He pointed out some deficiencies in my system that the previous contractor overlooked and corrected the problem He did not try to sell me anything not needed. I have learned to trust Josh and believe he is honest. That is very important to me.

The entire staff at Harris Air did a phenomenal job with our HVAC replacement. . They answered all of our questions in a timely manner , the installation crew was thorough. We fit several quotes and their price was very reasonable .
