I would like to publicly thank Mr. Kenyon Milton. He took the time to actually look for a repaired weed eater sent to store weeks ago. Many gave me the runaround before coming across Mr Martin. I thank him for going extra mile and cleaning up others incompetence. This man deserves some recognition!

Great friendly employees. Organized wonderfully, fully stocked. We were looking for shelving units for our garage and one of the employees not only told us what row they were on, but checked to make sure we found the units and asked what we needed them for, offered suggestions and his opinion on sturdiness and referenced the website to see others. Xs on the floors for physical distancing at check out (which was very quick) and the cashier was very sweet..
Building projects for little ones (which I bought lol), big machines for industrial use as well as what a homeowner would use every day. Highly recommend!

The people workin go there are very helpful and very nice . I never knew about this place until I was looking for a reel hose , they many at good price

Go here when I have trailer repair needs. Always helpful and always have parts I need for repairs. Needed a new battery charger today for the rv battery.

Bad costumer service in parts and tools services area they are rude and not helping at all. It is a shame that costumer received that kind of service, it's a great store! It seems is only grumpy people whos not happy working there. Really shame.!😔
In other hand store is great,clean and very organized, cashier was very friendly she was very nice! Cashier call a guy to help me carry the box I bought, he was very friendly and helpful. 😀

It was busy in there on black Friday. The item on sale that we wanted was in stock and the employees were helpful and friendly. All in all it was a good shop trip.

Went to buy a generic generator and couldn't get waited on even after asking guy at counter for a salesperson

Needed to find a missing part for my surface cleaner/power washer and Freddy knew exactly what my issue was and he got me in and out of the store!
The lady who checked me out was also very nice!
10/10, definitely will be coming back!

We had AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING service from Kenyon tonight. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable. There were so many people in the store looking for generators because of the storm, he was able to help everyone. Not once did he seem stressed, always gave 100% service. Definitely will come back to this store.

I have never encountered the amazing service I received at any other northern tool. From the the moment I walked in Freddie greeted me and helped me locating a truck tool box. The female cashier who’s name I can’t remember was also very polite. I definitely recommend this location. Very good customer service!
