Brad himself came out did an inspection wrote me a fair and honest price of what needed to be fixed and it was done the next couple of days! This company couldn’t be more honest, reliable, and timely. I’d recommend Bradley and his guys 10/10 times!!
We've had experience with Bradley for almost 30 years. He is always helpful and does top quality work. Bradley has repaired systems for us and put in new systems, and everything he does it top notch. I would never use anyone else's service.
I had Bradley Air Conditioning out to service my unit on several different occasions in the paste 2-3 years and issue were rarely resolved on the first visit. Nonetheless I gave the benefit of the doubt because eventually this small issues were resolved. This past August (100 + degree heat) my unit was not blowing cold air. I called Bradley AC to get service on my unit. They diagnosed the issue, replaced the part and charged me a $1000.00. The unit was blowing cold air until the next morning. I called them back and they said there was a leak but they fixed it and refilled the Freon. This was all done at a no charge (not that I would have paid them addition money).The next morning once again, the unit was blowing hot air. They came back out and stated it as the valve to put Freon in the unit. Once again the next morning it was again not working. This went on for the entire month of August. (4 Weeks we did not have air) My 6 yr. old grand daughter lives with me so I had to find her somewhere to stay until the issue was resolved that entire month of August. Total inconvenience for my family. The issue turned out to be a leak in the inside coil. They never opened up the coil compartment to check or the problem would have been obvious. I finally got another company out and they were able to get a coil and replace it within 2 days. I reached out to the Owner/Brad Shroeder to attempt to get my money back because although they had repeatedly been out and replaced the part (which I now question was the problem to begin with) I felt that they owed me a refund of some kind. Mr. Shroeder ignored my attempt to address the issue. I question Mr. Shroeder's integrity as a business man and as a person in general. If he would have at least reached out to discuss the issue opposed to choose to ignore that their were mistakes made. None of the service Techs (his Sons) nor Mr. Schroeder himself was thorough in the least with finding a resolve. Mr. Scroeder, you have my number Sir. Call me and lets discuss the situation and make the wrong right.

Had a variable speed 20 seer american Standard ac put in and it is working great. Brad has answered any and all of my questions I had before and after they installed my complete unit. The installation went great and I am happy with their customer service. Would definitely recommend them.
Jon was on time and very professional. He diagnosed our problem and performed the maintenance needed. It took a few tries to figure out what the problem was. It was the thermostat. He installed a new one, gave me 3 options. Everything is working perfectly now. We will use them again.

Service was excellent! I called at 7:30am with my AC not working, a technician arrived by 9:30am and fixed the problem within 10min. Technician was very friendly and professional. Will definitely repeat business.
