Very fast service you should be able to get a plumber within the same day if not the next day, we had issues on our bathroom sink and kitchen sink water was not draining and Benjamin took an excellent care of us for the price of $450, our problem was solved and he mentioned a warranty of 30 days we were very pleased with the service, unfortunately 3 days later we started to get issues on the bathroom sink again and now the bathtub too, when we called the very nice operator said it was not under warranty but she would wave the inspection fee, come to find out one hour before the appointment that it was not under warranty because the plumber said he only fixed the kitchen sink and I would have to pay the inspection fee plus any service if needed. My receipt said issues on the bathroom sink, this was not what I was expecting and I feel lied. Happy for all the other costumers who got a great service and their problem was fixed for more than 3 days

I want you guys to know that your technician, 27-year-old Ray, is probably one of the most pleasant service people I've ever dealt with. That guy has a great head on his shoulders and he's a good worker and he knows his stuff. Somebody should tell him what a good job he's doing. Thank you so much for the job you did and for honoring my coupon. This was so easy and took care of my problem. I'm very happy and will recommend you guys to anybody and everybody.

Arrived on time, assessed plumbing problems, gave diagnosis, presented solutions, gave estimates, drew up contracts, all done professionally, courteously, reasonably, and within realistic parameters of time and expense. Displayed competency and concern for our needs, very friendly, obviously educated personnel. Cleaned up after themselves and explained what our responsibilities were in preparation for and after completion of work planned. Very happy with responsiveness of first contact operator and through each level of employees engaged in planning the project. Corrected immediate problems, gave information for completion of work; all done in a few hours. Very satisfied.

Brandon was a great technician that went above and beyond to fix my issue. He was very knowledgable and showed me where the issue was on the camera. George also came out to give me an estimate and also was nice enough to double check what we saw on camera to confirm the issue. Both gentlemen were nice and warmed my heart to see they provided exceptional customer service today.

Our AC stopped working because our over flow drain was clogged. In this heat, it was critical we got help quickly. We had a repair man on site within an hour of calling. He fixed the issue and our AC was restored. Great experience. Highly recommend.

ARS replaced 2 hot water tanks. The day I called them, Mike came out and provided a very reasonable quote. Jason and Ricky came out the next day and each replaced a tank. They were friendly, informative and efficient. Everything was spotless when they left. They set up a date for the City to come out for an inspection. The inspector said it was a perfect installation. We highly recommend ARS and would definitely call them in the future.

ARS was quick in getting us help with the pipe leak in our irrigation system. Scott was great and made sure that we had our main water turned back on that night. He was able assess the damages and made quick fix. Thank you ARS!
