ARS/Rescue Rooter Heating Cooling Plumbing

I called up rescue rooter to come and repair a clogged pipe. Service professional was very rude. My bathroom was clean when he got here and this is how he left it. And before you ask, yes that is feces all over my floor. It took 2 hours & half a bottle of bleach to clean my restroom.
Service professional refused to assist us in removing toilets, he said “it’s about $125 to remove each toilet and 225 to put each back on it’d be best for you to just go to Home Depot and buy the wax ring and do it yourself”
Will not recommend to anyone and will not use in the future. Not to mention, $280 to unclog a pipe is absurd.

Service man (Benjamin) was prompt to an urgent issue (clogged sewer line) on a Sunday. Identified and resolved the issue explaining step by step (via the camera/scope) to my son who is the occupant of the home. Will definitely recommend and use for future needs

Tony was thorough and efficient when clearing my stoppage. He showed me where the problem was occurring and left a clean workspace after having to remove my toilet to complete the repair. On his off day might I add.

Rescue Rooter was knowledgeable, got to the job quickly and fixed my plumbing issue, was in and out. The price was within my budget. I will make them The Company I will call, for all my household needs

Sewer cleanouts. Did not do because said wouldn't angle through pipe, even though this has been done before by same company. Do they not keep customer records of service? I'm going to end up doing it myself.

Showed up on time and was very informative, diagnosed the problem immediately and gave us steps on how he was going to fix it. Started working and cleared up our problem in no time and gave us tips for the future on how to handle the situation. Thanks for showing up so fast on a Sunday afternoon!

Benjamin was honest with me and professional even though he couldn’t do the job because I had already done what was needed to be done myself on my French drain system. Everything else would have destroyed the drain system so he told me I will need a landscaping company that specializes in French drain systems

The tech informed me he do not know how to work on galvanized piping and did not have tools to fix my issue. Informed me someone else will have to come out and assist me. Cost me 89.00 for him to come out and say that. I had to go to Lowes and purchased parts to fix it, talked with staff at lowes and they gave me what I needed.

I got a plumber to my house only 90 mins after I called! The service person was pleasant, knowledgeable, and quick to diagnose and repair the problem. The price was reasonable
