We started looking into HVAC replacement starting in the Spring of 2022 - as we were told our 20 year old system could make it through the summer. So, after Brandon made multiple trips to make sure we were comfortable with the his recommendation. The new system was installed in March 2023. Working great so far.

Michael has amazing customer service! He quickly assessed my issues, got both of my AC units back up and running, and gave me recommendations that would help in the future. And it cost me way less than what I expected. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Randy was excellent. He took time to explain in terms my wife and I could understand what needed to be done to fix our ac. He presented various options and explained their different value propositions. He even told us about alternative filters which would help our system function. Could not have asked for a better experience. His grandson who was learning the business was a perfect gentleman and even brought up my trash can on his own initiative.

Outstanding service, thorough and trustworthy. Very professional. Took the time to investigate what applications would work best in an old house like ours. Needed an entire new system. Heat and A/C in and out. Just remember good quality and professional skilled service isn’t cheap. And cheap quality, cheap service isn’t skilled. You really do get what you pay for. You can’t go wrong with millionaire. Great investment with total peace of mind.

This company deserves every 5-star review it has. Our first experience with them was when we called to get quotes for a new unit last year believing ours was about to go out. Randy came out and inspected everything and provided the quotes but also found why our unit was not working well. We had them fix it; they were prompt and efficient in what we needed. Into this year we had one of our two units not working and we called them back out again. We were ready to replace both units with one for energy efficiency and to ensure one or both wouldn’t go out in the summer since they were so old. Randy came out again and did some testing to determine what size unit we needed and gave us options on how to make the unit work best for our house. The knowledge we got from Randy and Brandon was fantastic which made us feel we were making the right decision. Through the process of removing the old units and installing the new one, we were kept informed about what was going on and any issues or concerns that came up. The team of guys doing the actual install were very professional and pleasant.

We did get quotes from other companies and Millionaire was not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. But, we know we wouldn’t have gotten that level of service or workmanship with those other companies.

These guys always do a thorough job with a smile on their faces. Each time I have called on their services, they turn what is never a good situation into a positive experience with their excellent service and friendly approach. They are informative and not pushy when it comes time for decisions to part with your money. Highly recommend their service, maintenance, and repair. They also did an excellent job installing a new HVAC unit for us. Still running great a year later.

One of our AC condensers went out right when the temperature was starting to feel hotter and uncomfortable. Our tech Randy arrived right on time and was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. My AC was up & running in no time. We are very happy with his work and the company's overall service and prompt response. We highly recommend them!

I have used Millionaire for tune-ups since I moved into my home. Their service technicians are super helpful and always educate me rather than try to sell me something. This last go around I was blown away by Dillon Stroud. He is one of their service technicians and he just went out of his way to educate me on my system. He also noticed my storm door was broken and fixed it for me out of his own kindness. I am so impressed. These are good people and as long as they have someone like Dillon, I’d sing their praises from the rooftop.

A year ago, they installed a whole new heating and cooling system for me. They come every 3 months to service it and change the filter at no expense for a year. Their technicians are always friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Millionaire Heating and Cooling.
