I have been a customer of MillionAire for a few years now, prior to working with MillionAire I had never had an HVAC company that I used on more than one occasion.

What I love about MillionAire? Not only is the owner, Brandon Cronkhite, honest, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient; every single technician that I have had in my home exhibits the same level of honesty, professionalism, knowledge, and efficiency. Best HVAC company I have ever had service my home.

Brandon came out on a Saturday and fixed our heater. He was friendly and efficient and patiently answered all of our questions. Excellent service, thank you!

Dillon came to our home on Christmas Eve and repaired our heating system. He also suggested that we install a Reme Halo air treatment system to reduce bacteria, viruses, and allergens in the air and on surfaces. He installed it recently and it seems to be working well. Dillon was friendly and knowledgable.

I called them earlier this year when my A/C stopped blowing cold during our triple digit weather. Brandon came out and serviced my unit and gave me some pointers to keep my house cool. I made it through the summer, no sweat (pun intended). Then yesterday, Dillon came out to check and tune up my system to make sure it was ready for the freezing weather ahead of us. Afterward, I mentioned to him that I've been having a water leak for some time now in my attic. It was unrelated to heating and a/c but Dillon took the initiative to track down the source and then took time to make some phone calls for me to find someone that could fix the issue. Dillon's customer service and professionalism was awesome! Thank you!!

While I have known of Brandon for a while now, today was the first day I really got to know him and where his heart is at.
Recently I had a disagreement, one where he could have easily ignored me or simply brushed me off. Brandon, a very bussy man, took the time to reach out to me. While he had ever right to tell me what he wanted to say, he took the time to actively listen. We discussed the situation and came to a mutual agreement. Anybody or any company can sell something but doing business with a person who has a good heart and a moral compass is a real expeiance. A person, a company who solves problems and provides true comfort solutions is really what is important. While there is a lot of competition and choices with HVAC, I find good people like this are far and few between. Anyone can have a disagreement, but how a person handles it really defines them. I rarly recommend people but I do recommend Brandon and MillionAir, not just for ac/heat repair but for home comfort solutions.
