I had my ac quit on me a couple of days ago, but I had several parts of my system recently replaced so I figured it might be something I could fix myself. I called several different places just to ask questions to see if I could troubleshoot my issue over the phone. Finally I got someone that agreed to help me. He was extremely knowledgeable and was actually able to diagnose my issue over the phone and even told me how to fix it, he didn't even charge me for his service. The fact that he was able to diagnose my issue in 10 minutes over the phone is extremely impressive, I could only image how fast he would be if he actually came to my house. It turned out I had an ant problem. I have already told so many people about my experience and if anyone needs ac or heating repair you need this guy.
