    As a contractor, we provided mowing services for this location from November 2022 - April 2023. Unfortunately, after Francesca left at some point, it seems no one actually works here. Thus, the final mowing services we provided have been left unpaid for over 30 days at this point.

    All calls are routed to a national headquarters and they will not transfer your call to the local branch, nor will they provide any names of who may be the point of contact. I have emailed the invoices multiple times as well as submitted a contact form detailing the issue, with no response to any means of communication.

    As a business owner, I have never experienced this amount of deflection to pay a $325 bill. Future contractors, beware.

    So far, I have experienced the HVAC duct cleaning, sealing and sanitizing provided by Mike and Diego. They were very professional and courteous and kept me informed the enire time. I was provided with a computer read out at the end of the process that showed the difference in the system efficiency. They were excellent and I'm looking forward to my new system installation beginning this morning.

    Service technician showed up promptly. Discovered A/C system was low on Freon and had 4 small leaks in condenser coils. A sales person from the company showed up and immediately tried to sell a $15k-$30K system. After a decision was made not to purchase an entire system we were charged
    over $1200 for the 1-1/2 hour service call that included 5 pounds of Freon charge.
    The next day we had another company analysis system and found no such leaks.
    He charged us $60.00
    Dallas Plumbing are artists in cheating and dishonesty.

    The Saginaw Air Pros location installed my 92 year old father’s hvac system and all ducts about two years ago for $19k. They grossly overcharged him and the system was never installed properly causing major air leaks and mold. The tech literally put non-commercial duct tape over the leaks when we called to have them fix the system and shoved a piece of pvc under the safety shut off valve because the system was shutting off due to over condensation. Now they refuse to call us back despite numerous attempts at contact. Photo included was the brand new system they installed and the patch works all completed by airpros. Chris Fry, a supervisor who was recently moved to the Saginaw location said the system should never have been installed like this and should be replaced before the company stopped returning our calls.I spoke with the call center again today and was told for the second time they would be escalating the issue. I will update this review if I receive a call back.

    The gentleman who came to give the estimate was not happy when I told him that we wouldn't be able to do the estimate because it was way to expensive. He told me he had to drive an hour to get here. I told him I was sorry but if the lady would have gave me a rough estimate over the phone he wouldn't have had to come over.
    He also smelled really bad of cigarette smoke and we are both allergic to smoke

    Travis came out the same day I put in a request for a quote. Unfortunately I did not go ahead with the AC unit replacement but the quote was competitive.

    Air Pros was quick to respond to the initial call for help. The repair was made as soon as the part on order arrived. The timing of his wrapping up business and a scheduled video call clashed. After spending hours in the heat, the tech was a great sport when he joined my family by video as we sang happy birthday to my grandmother for her 104th birthday! He understood the value of relationship. Knowledgeable, dependable and personable. This customer is SATISFIED!

    Once you can get someone on the phone they are great. Technician was great, but ever since they joined a National group, the support sucks. Two of their phone numbers start to connect then auto disconnect. I was on a hold for 30 minutes one time before I was disconnected. Made appointment through chat feature and when I did end up talking with someone on the phone it had scheduled me for a different time than the chat person said I was scheduled for. I even got text messages and emails confirming the appointment, and they still didn’t have it correct in their system.

    Again the human beings are great to work with, but it is so hard to get to a human being with their new system.

    HORRIBLE! Do you enjoy wasting your time trying to schedule an appointment? Do you like it when your technicians shows up 2 hours late on multiple occasions? THEN Air Pros is for you!
    Not only do they succeed in wasting your time for scheduling or repairing your unit, they will also do a terrible job while doing it! Since Air Pros has been bought out at least twice now, you can ensure this company will be around for years to come! Who knows, maybe they will disappear along with the warranty you thought you had! For terrible service, unprofessionalism, and an outrageous bill, you should definitely choose Air Pros, so they can let you down AGAIN.

    AirPros was quick to install HVAC units inside and outside. They did forget to install the $2500 Deluxe UV Light, but they came back out to verify and install. Called AirPros and made appointments for bi-yearly preventive maintenance, confirmations were emailed with date and time. Although they never showed, called close to and after the scheduled times but the technician didn't respond, dispatcher said she would radio them but still no show. It's terrible to pay for a service and not receive the promised services.
