Grainger Industrial Supply

Not sure if this location has anything to do with it.. if they don't please ignore this post..But the guy stationed at seguin CATERPILLAR grainger shoe store is so unfriendly..not professional at all... definitely doesnt like a conversation..On a good note however they carry good steel toes shoes.

Appreciate Matt for helping us modify some restroom stalls for us with the materials they had available. Made our job easier.

Only place that had eye wash bottles for fleet trucks in my area. Great help also.

Grainger has always been overpriced, we know that in advance. But not having the items, having to return twice to follow up on order, and items been misplaced is a bit to much for the price/ availability/ value/ service received. I hope all of the above improve.

Very helpful! Was able to purchase some boots they had exactly what I wanted! Hopefully they hold up better than redwing

The San Antonio Rittiman location is great I always go to the counter guy Scott. For the last 4 years of doing business with grainger he has never done me wrong

Ordered supplies on 15th told it would be there today 19th after 9am, got there couldn't find my order sheet , had to supply them with confirmation #, then was told order was not there didn't know when it would get there, then wanted to ship to me but didn't know the time it would arrive and could I reschedule my person who was going to put the stuff down, but how could I do that when you have no clue when the stuff would arrive , very awful experience for it being my 1st time ordering from you sll

Only four people are allowed in the store at one time. I was first in line when I got there but only waited about five minutes outside before I was allowed to go in. Kinda sucks if you're in a hurry but overall experience was great!
