Fast service. Friendly staff

Went by there for parts on June 23rd 2020 and they have curbside service which is fine, except they were closed for lightening!!! You are and industrial supply house which many companies depend on to be open for business. The odds of one of your workers being struck by lightening standing on the curb are next to none.

Hey they just have everything that you need. No a/c place had my fan motor, but they found one with a little bit longer shaft but no worries fit like a charm, and second a/c is up and running

Will never set foot in this place again. The staff are unpleasant. Walked in with my family and 3 of them had to wait outside. Not worth it can find what I need someplace else.

Go into store to see if they have an item I need.....guy tells me to take a number...no one else in store.....he continues to file papers....I take number,and continue to wait......a guy walks in says he has a question, guy behind counter ask how can I help you? I'm livid and walk out.....it's a damn shame that people have no customer service training, or professionalism about themselves....my company does a lot of business with grainger and I will definitely ask that we shop else where......
